So make it a 2 digit number with a 4 letter word behind it.

It's a bit confusion, because the egg for level 21 is called (on the tab) 22. That's the one with the pic with Spanish text.
But I guess you're on the real level 22 with the 5 pics/paintings.
You can click those pics and then they get bigger and you can see text on them. For example the top left one has (when you clicked that one) yellow text on the middel right of the pic.
The text of every pic tells you what to Google.
Level 16 is Googling with some keywords from the text, like special years and walking and the years.
