  1. Now if only someone would publish all the achievements in Daymare Town 4, I'd be so happy!

  2. Hi

I photographed my crude map, GIMPed it up some and uploaded it:

Not very helpful really except it helps to visualize the place you're wandering around in.

  3. I've just played again and found a few things I didn't know before, most of which Trig explains just above in the previous post!
    Specifically:
-- You must shift with your remote to get the scale in the room where you will later use the valve and rope.
-- Don't use the valve and rope yet; instead go back up and place the scale. You have to tilt the scale left first so you can go back down to the tombs and go down and push the lever, which will release the secret in the next tunnel over. To open the tunnel with the secret, go back up to the scale and tilt it right, then go back down and enter the right tunnel, where the secret has now been pushed out of the hole.
-- Once you have placed the valve and used the rope to descend to the place to get the gems and the turquoise button, you cannot go back up.
-- However, once you get the turquoise button and exit, you can return to the game. You will see that the tunnel under the Statue of Elizabeth is now blocked. But you can go back up to use the turquoise button to get the brass key from the device where you placed the karmic shields, and then go to the place where the turquoise button opens a wall. Use your new brass key to open a passage within, which will take you to a second way to exit.

As far as I can tell, there is no way to access both exits in the same game. Going down to the place to get the blue gems prevents you from going back up. Without the turquoise button you can't get to the second exit, and the way to the turquoise button is now blocked. I'm not sure why MS added the second exit, since you have to exit the game and go back in to find it. But it sure did give me a thrill when I stumbled onto it!

  4. Well done! These games are amazingly thought out and so much fun. Those that complain about the navigation and needing maps I think don't truly appreciate submachine. Getting lost is half the fun! 10 stars from me! :)

  6. Too bad he couldn't have made this game smaller. Anyone have an electron microscope I can borrow?

  7. This was by far the best game I've played in a very long time. Five stars out of 5 doesn't do it justice. Congrats to the developer/programmers. Its truly something when a player does not want to leave the game, does not want it to end!! Keep them coming.

  8. I THINK I'm enjoying this game - thank goodness you can play from where you left off. I never managed to finish the first Submachine so 'm determined to get to the end of this one eventually. It's like being trapped in a never ending nightmare!

  10. Oh my god, I'm spoiled for ever for any other game. This game is so fantastic and deep. First I wasn't sure that I liked it because of the extrreme complexity, but with drawing a rough map it is so much fun. I'm giving it 6 or 7 stars.
