ReplyDeleteI am stuck allready!! LOL
ReplyDeleteOh, the hand stays there all the time and doesn't changed over a hotspot.
ReplyDeletescrew driver on radiator above blue car.
ReplyDeleteBox in one of the wagons in far right room after opening red key door.
Orb bottle in left column where the red key was.
Oh boy no mouse over in this game!! gonna be a long day!! LOL

ReplyDeleteI cant even find the panel to open with crow bar
ReplyDelete@bandytrc its in the chapel. the first two columns on both the left and the right side. at the base of the columns it says they're loose panels
ReplyDeleteanyone know what to do with the box of letters after you use the red key and click on the wagon?
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure what to do with the letter panel
ReplyDeleteOrb bottel Firts lef colum in chapel
ReplyDeleteThe crowbar panel is all the way to the left (before locked doors) with two big columns up front. Use crowbar on lower left one.
ReplyDeleteorb jar in chapel - use crowbar
ReplyDeleteIt looks like you can make words, like evil, ghost, spirit, etc... but nothing happens
ReplyDeleteRed key right first panel also in chapel
ReplyDeleteThe only things you don't have to click in this are the orbs - just mouse-over them. We're going to get RSI in our clicking fingers in this game!
ReplyDeletedont need to click for orbs - just cursor over
ReplyDelete@miles: i tried "evil" and just mousing over some letters to see if there was an order to the way you were supposed to click them (even though they're not clickable letters) and nothing happened
ReplyDelete@Chessie: Me too. I also tried spelling out numbers, but nothing
ReplyDelete@miles: the letter F flashes when i hit the letters z then g...might mean something? or am i crazy
ReplyDeletethe g flashes when you click the z then o...

ReplyDeleteyeah for me too. just trying to figure out why. :\ let me know if you get past it!
ReplyDeletemy crowbar didn't open a thing, but when came back to the room, 2 panels were open. Hope that's not the way it's supposed to work.
ReplyDeleteI'm waiting for you to solve it!
ReplyDeleteHaha you might be waiting a long time! Ill let you know if I find anything new
ReplyDeleteP also flashes if you click Z and C, so I think it's not a clue.
ReplyDeleteBeen trying the colors on the window (RYBR etc) but nope for that too. Also clicked all over trying to find a loose tile or stone or something to unscrew...
ReplyDeleteI wondered if the grid letters had anything to do with the colours of the stained glass in the pentangle room, but haven't made anything happen yet.
ReplyDeleteThere are numbers on crates in red key room.I think 23 and 12?
ReplyDeleteGot it! Click the letters in backwards alphabetic order. gives a wand
ReplyDeleteah thanks miles!
ReplyDeleteDid anyone else get an SD on the little blue car, because I didn't :(
ReplyDeleteUse lantern in A for silver key
ReplyDeleteRachel - its on the top of the metal cabinet next to the car
ReplyDeleteBrilliant find Miles!
ReplyDeleteThanks Clodagh. Use window colors in c for blue key
ReplyDeletePOP! Found it! Looking in the wrong spot!!
ReplyDeleteVery creepy dolls in M!!
ReplyDeleteThere is no A on the letters. I clicked them backwards alphabetically from Z to B and the box opened. I got a magic wand.
ReplyDeleteYes Miles - just got that one - so it was worth collecting those colours after all!
ReplyDeleteUse the wand on the red star to access the shop. where you can buy the map, lantern and teleport crystal
ReplyDeleteuse glasses on book for clues, including how to do the dolls for a purple key
ReplyDeleteRose-tinted specs in M, and the dolls' eyes can shut.
ReplyDeleteSpecs show number clue in F to give a book.
ReplyDeletewhat do you do with the rubber glove?
ReplyDeletecrap, i can't buy the lantern with only 14 orbs! and I think I need it to continue!
ReplyDeleteWhen you've used specs on the books, combined the alphabet code with the seven numbers to give clue for piano.
ReplyDeleteI'm stuck with red, purple and white gems. Have a rubber glove but don't know where to use it
ReplyDeleteme too miles
ReplyDeleteWe keep getting stuck at the same places... your turn!
ReplyDeleteI lit the candles in order given by book but nothing happens.
ReplyDeleteI've tried it on pretty much everything! idk what it could be :( ill keep trying though!
ReplyDeleteroberto, click them in an order so they stay lit. I think the first 2 were #6 and 2. I did it by trial and error.
ReplyDeleteI have to go, will come back later - Chessie, leave lots of hints!
i mean i already fixed the panel in P but i doubt that was the use for the rubber glove.
ReplyDeleteLight the candles in a different way - the fifth one first, then the second, the sixth one third and so on.
ReplyDeletehmmm. Thanks miles1, so the clue on book "624513" is what for?
ReplyDelete4 digit box on table in C
ReplyDeleteI'm getting the finger constantly. :(
ReplyDeletewhere is the book?
ReplyDeleteSee my post just above yours Roberto.
ReplyDeleteah - missed the box in C!
ReplyDeletered star on the floor of the chapel (E) when you put the rose glasses on
ReplyDeleteGot it Clodagh, but didn´t understand why this order.
ReplyDeleteuse wand on star in E to get red gem
ReplyDeleteThe clue for the candles was 624513, and there are two ways of doing this - the first way didn't work (light number 6 first, then number 2 and so on), so it was the second way - go by where the numbers are, so 1 is the fifth candle, 2 is the second, 3 is the sixth, 4 is the third, 5 is the fourth and 6 is the first.
ReplyDeleteThanks! Nice explanation!
ReplyDeleteblack key in K on left..use glove to get green gem
ReplyDeleteI can't find a white gem.
ReplyDeleteThanks! Has anyone found out how to mend the crack in the wall in L yet?
ReplyDeleteI have a rubber glove and a screwdriver and no place to put it
ReplyDeletewhereabouts should I be looking for the red star in E? tried looking with the glasses & the lantern but can't see it?
ReplyDeleteKerzman at 11:51 can help with the glove Jeff.
ReplyDeleteBlack key in K? Where exactly?
ReplyDeleteShapes puzzle in B - checking book again for the order.
ReplyDeleteRoberto - use the lantern on the left in K. I'd forgotten about that!
ReplyDeleteThanks again. Always forget to use this lantern.
ReplyDeleteCan't take notes on the map!
ReplyDeleteClodagh shapes clue in book
ReplyDeleteShapes puzzle in B gives gold key - the order is as in the book using glasses.
ReplyDeletealso - where are the candles?
ReplyDeleteUse gloves in B for orange gem.
ReplyDeleteanagram box in N. wheres the clue for it? 6 letters?
ReplyDeleteI'm missing the blue gem. Any idea where it is?
ReplyDelete@chessie,, it's in the book.. anagram please...
ReplyDeletemissing one gem... assuming it's the pink gem.. any ideas,,,
ReplyDeleteFinally got crystal.
ReplyDeleteChessie - the word 'please' is in the book - maybe this? will try it myself when I can get into that part of the asylum!
ReplyDeleteIs that PLEASE, Chessie?
ReplyDeletewhere is book and hammer is in D to get white gem in L
ReplyDeleteOh dear, didn't that sound rude! I didn't mean you should say 'please' Chessie, just the clue!
ReplyDeletered star location in E and locatio9n of candles anyone? pretty please?? pretty pretty please?
ReplyDeletei was missing the yellow gem.. it's O.. behind the middle cabinet
ReplyDeleteCandles in J.
ReplyDeleteThanks a bunch nikki!
ReplyDeleteUsed crowbar on pilars of chuch. Found red key and sacrad jar.
ReplyDeleteSouless, put the glasses on and you'll see the star. The candles at the altar.
ReplyDeletemust be missing something really obvious
ReplyDeletewill come back later when there may be a clue to the red star and the candles locations????....can't get any further without these it seems...
in that case I must have a bug as no red star (unless it is very tiny!), and no candles on altar either
ReplyDeletewill start again to be sure : (
@kerzman: nope. "please" was for something else i thought.
ReplyDeleteAnagram has to do with bedroom.
ReplyDeleteOut now! Thanks for the fun of the chase everyone!
ReplyDeleteWhat to do with my 6 gems?
ReplyDeleteAnagram - not awake.
ReplyDeletewhere is the lighter for the candles
ReplyDeleteWhere to use my gems?
ReplyDeleteCandles and red star are in J. I have 6 gems...missing the pink one i think?
ReplyDeleterestarted - still no red star in e with the glasses or candles on the altar -
ReplyDeletenever mind : (
see ya all next time and thanks for the hints!
in that case where is purple key???????
ReplyDeleteIs there anything to do in room "O"?
ReplyDeleteSouless, candles and red star are in J
ReplyDeleteI think you have to use thr lantern on room J to see the star.
ReplyDeleteHow many gems do we have to find? 6 or 7?
ReplyDeleteFound the hotspot in O! Grate thing in middle of stove
ReplyDeleteCan we get a hint to get to J ?
ReplyDeleteneed purple, black & green keys, all gems except white - not sure where to go next......: /
ReplyDeletethe coming Full Moon is obviously clouding my Spidey-senses!!

ReplyDeleteneed another cup of tea after that!
Can´t lit the candles. Guess I missed a lighter... Pls. help
ReplyDeleteVeronica, box in C has to do with numbers on the wall you see in F using rose glasses
ReplyDeleteLighter comes from doing the piano - clue in the book - use the glasses.
ReplyDeleteSee also my hints for the piano at 11.32
ReplyDeleteLighter you get from playing the piano
ReplyDeleteAlso 11:39 and 11:49 for hints how to light the candles.
ReplyDeleteWhich tool I have to use the stove?
ReplyDeleteGot it ...
ReplyDeleteGreat game, thanks SD
ReplyDeleteOMG>.. am i dumb? I cannot figure out the dolls... I have the clue
ReplyDeleteopen close etc... but I dont get it... HELP
Order to light the candles: 526341
ReplyDeleteA hint for when there are a lot of hints here to sift through: if you use a PC, you can click 'ctrl f' and a dialogue box will open bottom left. Type in a word or phrase there, eg candles, and that word will be highlighted in the hints. Use the arrows next to the box to find more instances. There is a way on a Mac, but not sure how to explain that one.
ReplyDeletethe black key is really hard to spot - use lantern in K and is in far left bottom corner
ReplyDeleteLook in the book which has sequence dashes and dots. Polka Dot and dash = open eye = eye closed
ReplyDeleteGeorgi, go row by row and hit button after each set of three (ie: oc oc oc *button* then next row)
ReplyDeleteTati, use the crowbar
ReplyDeleteevery time you make a sequence of open eye (ball) and eye closed (tracinh), click on the red button to light the lamp in each of the dolls
ReplyDeleteThank you, Kari. I got the yellow yolk!
ReplyDeleteKari you are my savior!!! I cannot believe that I tried everything but THAT!!!! You are wonderful!!!!! Thank you
ReplyDeleteLost in the anagram. Something to do with the word in the book PLEASE?
ReplyDeletehotspot for the yellow gem in O tiny - bottom middle of cabinet - use crowbar
ReplyDeleteOh duh! I was trying to use the colors on box in C-not clicking on the colors in order on the ceiling! Finally moving on!
ReplyDeletephew - that was struggle - but out
ReplyDeletethanks for the workout SD!
now I need one of Sneaky's comfy beach houses to rest up in!
Purple gem in the Panel room. Use the screwdriver. Room P.
ReplyDeleteSD, super job, very tough with the non changing cursor.
ReplyDeleteRoberto, 7 gems. white, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple.
ReplyDeleteHow many gems are?
ReplyDeletei have to say music is fantastic!!!! :D
ReplyDeletewhere are the rose glasses please
ReplyDeleteFor glasses, see Clodagh @ 4/11/14, 11:24 AM
ReplyDeleteAwesome game, Self Defiant!! Thanx so much again! But, please can I go back to my hot spots? Pretty Please :D
ReplyDeletethanks joe, i need blue key, stuck, now.
ReplyDeleteBee, have you seen the room with the four colour "buttons"? I think it was C. Anyway, using the colours from the windows for your order, click each colour and you will get the Blue key.
ReplyDeletethanks rachel.. would never have got that....
ReplyDeleteCrap, Bee! SORRY, I think I have lead you to the Book, rather than the key!! I think the key is with the lantern in the start scene A!
ReplyDeleteHmmm, I might be needing serious sleep here, because I might be leading you up the garden path, Bee!!! I have a sneaky feeling, you get the blue key from the piano.
ReplyDeleteall I need now is the blue gem
ReplyDeleteBlue gem anyone????
ReplyDeleteyou wer right the first time rachel, i got it
ReplyDeleteblue gem after using anagraming word
ReplyDeletefinally out... wow that was hard... or I am drunk... either way
ReplyDeleteThat was GREAT! The non-changing cursor made it all a bit more challenging. I ended up getting the candles and creepy baby heads through trial and error, but definitely needed help to find that yellow gem!
ReplyDeleteThank you SD!
GREAT GAME SD!!!
ReplyDeleteIt would be nice if you could CHOOSE if the cursor changes.
ReplyDeleteEasy or Hard, like the Evil-Lemon games.
Just sayin
Great Game! Now I want to join Souless Minion on a nice peaceful island with umbrella drinks and swimming pools!
ReplyDeleteThanks, SD!
map notepad takes numbers only
ReplyDeleteLoved it...it wasn't as hard I I thought it would be...items clear enough to see, puzzles challenging but not impossible! Thanks, SD!
ReplyDeleteAnother great game. That backwards alphabet maybe was a little too sneaky as there was no hint (or didn't we see it). And I am a big fan of changing hotspots because it saves the battery of my mouse and keeps me from clicking around like an idiot.
ReplyDeleteThanks a lot Selfdefiant!
book is in C when solving box
ReplyDeleteThe number clue with the specs, I have 35444?? but it's only 4 digits..help.
ReplyDeleteI need yellow gem
ReplyDeleteFor N
ReplyDeleteSPOILER

Yellow Gem in O use crowbar
ReplyDeletegreen gem? where for art thou?
ReplyDeleteah, use mirror to get green gem. POP

ReplyDelete1 Can't type notes on the map
ReplyDelete2 No hot spots, which wouldn't be so bad if...
3 EVERY SINGLE SPOT you click in EVERY ROOM gives you one of several repeating messages, so that it's nearly impossible to find an actual message needed to move forward in the game. It would take hours to check every spot in every room.
Normally give SD games 5 stars, but this one gets 2, as did the timed game earlier today. (Refuse to register to play so those get 1). Don't know what's happened to SD. Very sad because I loved their games, especially these asylum games. :-(
I agree with lilrascal
ReplyDeleteand the pink gem?? where can i find it???
ReplyDeleteWhere is the glove??????
ReplyDeletePOP found it in P
ReplyDeleteThank you Selfdefiant for the Asylum games, they r my favorite!
ReplyDeletetishtosh - 4+4=8
ReplyDeletehated this game

ReplyDeleteThis game is totally non playable for me, I'm afraid : finding the small hotspots in previous games was difficult enough, even with a changing cursor ! The hand cursor in all the game and useless comments on each click are a very bad idea : where is the fun ? This is not challenging, this is just boring and frustrating.
ReplyDeleteI used to love SD's games...
Wow, I can't believe how much help I needed on this one. I knew the great minds of the escapers here would figure it all out. Thanks for all the help.
ReplyDeleteSD, I really enjoyed the game (the doll heads were especially creepy), but I'll admit I missed the changing hand, indicating hotspots. Thanks for all your efforts just to keep us entertained.
So do I Peggy ... I'm still stuck on piano .. 4791546 convert with PLEASE and alphabet numbers.. So I have some problems to choose cause there are many letters that do not exist in music when I combine. (of course I know I make a mistake some how but where)
ReplyDeleteGrenadine - see my hint at 12:34
ReplyDeletethx clodagh .. but I do that as long as I know PC and that doesn't help for piano or I am still dumb has usual (will try again anyway to see if I miss something)
ReplyDeleteok ok .. nothing in the hints.. but my eyes where a bit tired maybe because I ckecked again into the game and note that there was more than one number for a letter.. so for example G = 1 and so does the S.. now I can correct my mistake.
ReplyDeleteOf course !! Thank you everybody. Couldn't do this without help .. and yes the same hand everywhere is not helping but... maybe I was to asleep as well. Bye and thx to all of you.
ReplyDeleteI really cannot understand that a EnaGame gets more stars than this one! I think its one of the best SD´s! Thanks Selfdefiant! Keep on going!
ReplyDeleteby the way - still looking for the hammer! :)))
ReplyDeletea bit more challange and it's rated 2,5 ? so many are whining when the games do not change...
ReplyDeletehey... a game like the asylum games is something to think... to work on... and the developer is also working hard on it to give us new challenges...
I agree, that the no needed messages are a bit disturbing, because you have to click without looking where you click, while you are reading the messages if there is a spot you need (phew... I know, I explain a bit complicated what I want to say, but it's not my native language)
but after all I must say:
thank you so much, Selfdefiant, for a brand new Asylum, thanks for your work and thanks for the new challange... I enjoyed it !
your games don't get boring ...
did you found the hammer ann? If I remember right it was somewhere in a dark spot, maybe visible with the lantern near piano, or one room further or before... not sure
ReplyDeleteSorry. Didn't like this one at all. Usually I love these games and they are challenging enough but this one was just a big clickfest. I was excited when I started and just pissed off when I finished
