you need to collect all the yellow pieces and put them on the slot above the bed for the code. I think you get the triangle there.

The piece is in the shape box, you get triangle after placing all the butterflies.
Did you find the one butterfly that's on the ceiling light? That was my last one.
I thought there was one in there that I had not gotten yet, but can't get anything to come out.
Actually I did get that one. I remember it was on the outside.
