  10. I got 2 pearls. Thought flower pattern on surfboard was for 3x3 grid, but that does not work. Still have shovel but no place to use.

And yes, 2 of the chests seem to have the same puzzle code behind them.
Also found that I could drop down 2 ropes from trees but can't pick them up.

    ReplyDelete
  11. solved code on left chest, it says that worked but it didn't open?

  14. So most likely a bug then...

    ReplyDelete
  15. there are some places in the sand for digging.i think we have to find another vine to reveal the place for pearls.

    ReplyDelete

  19. Yeah Jo Ann that happened to me

    ReplyDelete
  20. Thanks for the bar hint.
Pitty that there is obviously a bug with one of the chests.
And be honest ... when you see a hut ... you want to get in. Right?

    ReplyDelete
  21. @JoAnn, check the other chest. There are 3.

    ReplyDelete
  22. OK escaped
    3 places to dig...
    hut scene has castle key

    ReplyDelete
  23. found the place to put the pearls on the bar. Placed my two, (which were called lightbulbs!) but not able to find the 3rd. Assuming it is in the empty chest?

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  26. Where to find third log? I have the one from the stool and the one from the sign...

    ReplyDelete
  27. I dug in first scene (empty chest), scene with volcano (pearl in chest), and scene with hut (gave key which gave second pearl)

    How did you escape Leroy?

    ReplyDelete
  28. POP I have tried to take the third log for the entire game... NOW it allowed me to do so...

    ReplyDelete
  29. I have found 3 logs and a bucket full of sea water... that's all !

    ReplyDelete
  30. ok, so the empty chest was just a red herring (or a mistake) found last pearl thanks to Leroy!

    ReplyDelete
  31. Box opens so
    black white black
    gray gray white
    black white gray

    ReplyDelete
  32. Sory,not the correct translation.

    g g w
    g b w

    ReplyDelete
  33. Go back to fire pit scene and look around.

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  35. I found the "siver" key...

    ReplyDelete
  36. Got the B W G puzzle with some help. Thanks. Now what?

    ReplyDelete
  37. To find the shovel, you need the color code for the white gate.

    ReplyDelete
  38. Thanks! I fixed them pesky bugs!

    ReplyDelete
  39. Cant get the gate color. I looked at the BAR colors on top but nothing.

    ReplyDelete
  40. Ricky - where the sign was (and a log) look at the safety ring for the colors for the gate.

    ReplyDelete
  41. Day 6: passed. I wish one of these could be a beautiful tropical island with coins to collect (wink, wink, SD!) ;-)

    ReplyDelete
  42. TY SD I know ya always wach over us LOL

    ReplyDelete
  43. there are little hints everywhere, the color code for the gate is the color of the cans, the black and white puzzle answer key is located on the hut and the number code is the dots in the drinks, starting from the middle going to the right and ending at the left. hope this helped~Siri

    ReplyDelete
  44. somebody really needs to clean under those couch cushions, it's been filthy under there all week, and I'm too wasted to do it after that yummy rum drink I just had!

    ReplyDelete
  45. now the left chest is missing, i will check back later. buggy now

    ReplyDelete
  46. It's not a bug, there wasn't supposed to be a chest in the first scene with the gate. I put it there on accident and then forgot to remove it, had to do with the kids and so on. I know I should have noticed. :)

    ReplyDelete
  47. And SD I never did understand pulling down the vines LOL must be ratbag kids.... LOL

    ReplyDelete
  48. Game won't load for me :( Get black screen and blue circle spinning around :(

    ReplyDelete
  49. evans - the matches are found with the shovel in the second to last scene. Use the hint from the bar scene to open the chest.

    ReplyDelete
  50. Pixel hunt
    Buggy
    Codes don't work
    Fail

    ReplyDelete
  51. Ahh...color code DOES work, but not unless you can tell the difference between the shade of orange and the shade of red that are used on the cans. They don't match the shades of color used on the gate lock, so you are left guessing. And if you are colorblind, you are left screwed completely.

Further, unless you are an eagle, or unless your screen resolution is set to 800x600, you will need to use the magnifier tool in Windows to see how many balls are in the cups. You would think that SD would design his games to be playable at the size that they get posted on his hosts' sites, but no....

Still a pixel hunt anyway. :P

    ReplyDelete
  52. Finally loaded! yay! I had no bugs - smooth sailing - nice game

    ReplyDelete
  53. Here's a stupid question: How do I leave the office?

    ReplyDelete
  54. And Bill Chinery is a whinging piece of crap

    ReplyDelete
  55. cyberjar88 - there is a screwdriver under the table, use that on the picture.

    ReplyDelete
  56. If I recall find SD and it takes picture off wall...

    ReplyDelete
  57. I suggest Bill buy new screen cos my 22" does very well

    ReplyDelete
  58. Who you gonna call? Ghostbusters! Not sure how they will help me escape, but I'm calling!

    ReplyDelete
  59. I liked it, slight problem with orange/red for the colour code and a few red herrings

    ReplyDelete
  60. Pattern doesn't work for me on third chest, looked at WT still no joy, so 1 star

    ReplyDelete
  61. Bill...
If you hate them so much...dont play!

    ReplyDelete
  62. Just to say - I had no trouble counting the dots in the glasses. Nothing is too dark and the color hint for the white gate was very clear for me. I just have an hp monitor and I never have to adjust it for SD games. I'm not an eagle, either. In fact my eyesight is not all that great, but I did not have any trouble seeing anything in this game. And the very small problems that were there were fixed. Something a lot of game makers NEVER do. I thought the empty chest was just a red herring. What's wrong with that? Lots of games have red herrings.

    ReplyDelete
  63. BTW - there was no red in the color code for the white gate. The colors are:

    orange/green
    yellow/blue
    blue/yellow
    orange/green

That's what opened the gate for me, and those are the colors that are on the life preserver where the sign was, which is the clue. (The umbrella is NOT the clue)

  64. Hey bill chinery! I have an old set of glasses I can sell you.

  66. Why are my posts being doubled/tripled, etc? Anyone have ideas about why that is happening? I'm deleting repetitive posts all the time now.

    ReplyDelete
  67. LOL eat that Bill Chinery

    ReplyDelete
  68. I really wonder why Bill is still playing. He ' s never happy with any game! I suggest he plays with his playmobils...

    ReplyDelete
  69. I had no trouble counting the dots! And the colours were perfect! If there were colour blind sufferers here, they would ask for assistance like they usually do. I honestly don't understand why you even play these game, Mr Whinery.

    ReplyDelete
  70. Holy Smokes... I would hate to be Bill Chinery's wife or child. (Nag, nag, nag)

    ReplyDelete
  71. happy father's day! thanks for all of your great games SD. thanks to all for the WT. sometimes peeking saves my sanity! i love SD's games, esp the asylum ones, and all those whiners like bill chinery need to just be grateful for people like SD who make these great games that we can all enjoy. after all, how much other enjoyment can you get free. don't ruin it for the rest of us!
