Escape Survivor Island Day 3

Escape Survivor Island Day 3 is a new escape created by Selfdefiant for Melting-Mindz. Great job, you made it through your second night on the island! Since it's raining, you need to make a cob wood stove. Your fishing net was destroyed in the storm so now you also need to build a pier and a crab trap. Good luck on your third day!

  1. Why is it so hard to find wood when there are all the open chests just lying around? ;)

    ReplyDelete
  2. Anyone solved the colour code chest? The clue must be the tribal mask, but I can't make anything work?

    ReplyDelete
  3. The colors are the feathers, upper row from left to right, then lower row from left to right.

    ReplyDelete
  4. Clue for color code chest is behind the bridge. One plank is in scene with shark right side in water

    ReplyDelete
  5. One plank was in in the waves in shark scene.

    ReplyDelete
  6. Another plank was laying at a palm tree, forgot which scene.

    ReplyDelete
  7. thanks Anja for plank, you save my bridge !

    ReplyDelete
  8. I've tried that Zazie - will have another go and hope for a POP!

  9. How long must i wait to catch a crab ? Went around 1000 times and it always says that i must be patient.

    ReplyDelete
  10. Yea - and POP! I could have sworn I did that before!!!

    ReplyDelete
  11. And how to build a pier left of anchor ?

    ReplyDelete
  12. That was a well hidden plank (in the water). Thanks Anja & Zazie!

    ReplyDelete
  13. Do you have the waggon? You have to get the stones

    ReplyDelete
  14. Got it, fill your cart 3 times with stones.

    ReplyDelete
  15. Where to use crab and 3 pieces of wood ?

    ReplyDelete
  16. @Zazie: have you build an oven with the things from chest?

    ReplyDelete
  17. how to empty the stones ??? Feeling dumb here. also what IS a cob stove???

    ReplyDelete
  18. No, what things ? I have 3 woods, crab, shovel with clay or sand, knife and a pile of straw.

    ReplyDelete
  19. Empty the stones in water left of anchor.

    ReplyDelete
  20. Where do you get the trap for the crab?

    ReplyDelete
  21. No idea what a cob stove is.

    ReplyDelete
  22. Trap: combine bamboo and net i think.

    ReplyDelete
  23. You mix sand, clay, and grass in the treasure chest all the way on the right next to the clay

    ReplyDelete
  24. And attach vine to the anchor then the trap.

    ReplyDelete
  25. @Zazie: in very right scene comes clay from montain. Use you shovel and put it in the empty chest. Put the clay and thin sand in (from near from anchor)

    ReplyDelete
  26. I answered my own question - fill the chest with the clay.

    ReplyDelete
  27. Thx Brett, i am out now.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Oh I see - was trying to put the stones on the sand! ty Zazie

    ReplyDelete
  29. Hooray! Thanks guys - I survived another day!!

    ReplyDelete
  30. thanks Zazie for trap crab, don't thought to attach the vine

  31. Where is the third piece of wood? can't make fire and i'm soak!!

    ReplyDelete
  32. Can't burn crab I'm vegetarian!

    ReplyDelete
  33. how do i gather the rocks??

    ReplyDelete
  34. I put the clay and dried grass in the chest. I have a shovel full of sand, but I can't put the sand into the chest. Any ideas?

    ReplyDelete
  35. That's odd. I went back and found some more dried grass and put that into my inventory. Then I could add the sand to the chest. Hmmmm....

    ReplyDelete
  36. Then you put the stuff from the chest where the fire used to be and cook the crab and out!

    Fun!

    ReplyDelete
  37. I love how what you do each day is still there and then there's more to do with each new game - clever!

    ReplyDelete
  38. Can't find 3rd piece of firewood. Help?

    ReplyDelete
  39. cyndee43 - there's one in the far left scene where an already opened crate is, one in the sand where a wave recedes and one behind some grass and at the bottom of a coconut tree when you go up (into the forest) and I think to the left towards the water symbol. You might have to cut the grass there, but I don't think so.

    ReplyDelete
  40. The one in the wave is where the shark is swimming - to the right behind the bush.

The one at the bottom of the coconut tree is the same scene where you ate the berries to get more strength.

Don't forget to click on the little footprints in the grass so that you can go up again...

    ReplyDelete
  41. Thank you, Zoe. I don't know how, but I missed a scene entirely, and it was lying in the middle of the screen on the grass lol.

    ReplyDelete
  42. Won't load on Firefox. Plays ad then says "movie not loaded". Any suggestions?

  45. The Simon puzzle wouldn't work for me for ages. I also managed to make a meal of almost every other element. I didn't realise that the cart follows you round like a dog!

Nevertheless I find a game of this complexity, building up each time on the previous day, an incredible achievement. Thanks, Selfdefiant for your constant efforts to provide new twists and challenges. Don't let the ingrates get you down!

    ReplyDelete
  46. @Beatriz
It is a cartoon drawing. Besides, the game ends before you actually eat the crab, so you can remain a vegetarian and still play it to the end. ;)

    @Huw
What ingrates? What are you talking about? I don't see anyone showing a lack of gratitude here. Did it get deleted?

    ReplyDelete
  47. pieces of wood appear as you travel around. Wash up in surf, fall from tree, etc. I think many scenes need to be revisited.

    ReplyDelete
  48. I have two firewood (crate and tree) but there is nothing behind the bush in the shark scene. Grr!

    ReplyDelete
  49. Oh, and FYI Zazie:

  50. Re-started and still nothing. SquirrrelH8rs! ;)

    ReplyDelete
  51. Last stick for fire is under where rocks were for pier.

    ReplyDelete
  52. game is buggy. can't unload 2nd wagon of stones. crab appeared in trap as soon as I put it on vine. no third piece of firewood either.

    ReplyDelete
  53. after 3 restarts things finally worked. Not liking these buggy games at all.

    ReplyDelete
  54. evans - the last piece of firewood is behind the last pile of rocks. Don't know what happened for you, but I didn't get the crab until after the pier was built, but that may not be the problem. I just kept dumping the piles of rocks at the same place...

    ReplyDelete
  55. Made the pier and the cob fire all without trouble. But.... where do I put the crab trap???

    ReplyDelete
  56. Pop! Attach vine to anchor and crab trap to vine.

    ReplyDelete
  57. Spent ages trying to pick the cart up, thanks to Huw for mentioning that the cart follows you around! That makes it easier...but where do I build the pier...and how. I've clicked everywhere on the beach scenes, what am I missing?

    ReplyDelete
  58. Thanks Zazie for your hint way back for where to empty the stones, I missed that.

    ReplyDelete
  59. What a great idea, the day by day scenario. Love it!! Thanks SD for another great game and I'm looking forward to tomorrow to see where we go from here.

    ReplyDelete
  60. great game. 5 stars!!

    ReplyDelete
  61. Thanks for the hints, it was a bit weird, that empty cart following me around like a bad date!

    ReplyDelete
  62. English was I thought his thought first language anybody else notice horrible english translations.

    ReplyDelete
