I have troubles with lvl 11. i know i have to search old pages but i cant find the answer
ReplyDeleteplank, you need 'level,letter'
ReplyDeleteFor example, 6,1 means 6 level, 1-st letter (F)
Congratulations to everyone who have finished this excellent riddle. I hope you all made it paste the video and the bonus levels to the comments page and told that evil genius Small Tool exactly what you thought of him after completing those diabolical mazes!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteLevel 37 - again I can't find an egg or the answer. After level 26 I know what to use, and I even coloured the letters (that I got from numbers). I tried picking different letters, tried anagraming many letters in differnt combinations, but I still haven't got anything usefull.
ReplyDeleteThx Fossa, i found the answer. now im stuck in 12
ReplyDeleteLvl 37,
ReplyDeleteThose numbers used (kind of connect the dots) on that table will draw letters. For example the first series of numbers will make a P
Lvl 12,
Use the numbers to pick letters from the title (no anagram).
Congrats Unknow (Anna) and Linda :)

ReplyDeleteThanks S-T. Looking at my spreadsheet I will probably have to make it again in diffent orientation
ReplyDeleteS-T i hope you speak spanish. i love your game, but sometimes is hard for me, because language... i think i made a good job... its awesome game... I need a little more help in this level.
ReplyDeleteplank, use just numbers for the title. 14 letter is I, 15 letter is N, so on. No anagram.
ReplyDeleteFossa thats what i try, i was made a mistake in 1 letter. I reach far than imagine :)
ReplyDeleteplank, go on! You will solve it.
ReplyDeleteMany of us here are not the Englishmen, and for many riddlers English is not the native language. Btw, for ST either ;)
Im in lvl 15, again i read all the comment and i cant do it! pls HELP
ReplyDeleteLevel 37 - I have more questions about it: I've been trying to get the letters like you said S-T since I've seen the comment, but I've made no progress. Will this letters get me to the egg or to the final answer? If there's another way to get to the egg, could I have a hint for that (if it is so)?
ReplyDeleteIs there a particular way of drawing the tabel? Do you get an instruction for that in the egg? Because I've been trying to draw different tables, but nothing I get resembles letter shapes. I've tried to draw table with numbers going horizontal way and also vertical way; I've tried them with central orientation and left orientation. What am I doing wrong (or what I am not doing at all)? And I have to say that I hope I'm not to annoying with all these questions. I always check exiting comments before asking, but offten the hints given are not enought to me.
Plank if you split the numbers in the picture ##-#-##-# | ##-#-##-# and translate to letters it shows you the size of grid needed.
ReplyDeletePut the text from the last 3 lines into the grid.
The numbers in the picture used in pairs tell you which letters to pick for your answer (row and column).
Jas I advise using this website:
ReplyDeletehttp://www.ptable.com/
It worked for me.
Austen I do use this webside, I've cloured the numbers according to this one. Is there a particular way to draw the table?
ReplyDeleteJas this is the way to get to the egg.
ReplyDeleteDrawing a line from each element indicated by the numbers to the next will show one letter per line.
Hi stuck in lvl 43 I do not understand:"use needless", this is supposed to start, but I try to start at: w or u. And I can not get the message
ReplyDeleteThis comment has been removed by the author.
ReplyDeleteWow i did it, now in 16 lvl!!! AWESOME!!! Slow but moving
ReplyDeletePichi look at the grid of letters and read them frim the bottom right C going up each column.
ReplyDeleteThis will tell you where to start.
Each letter in the text below is also a direction to follow.
The message spelt out will tell you what to do.
I hope u can help me with lvl 16. Again i read all comments and no idea what to do... nowhere in mora, sweden - now here im stuck
ReplyDeletePlank split the first word in the last sentence 2 / 5.
ReplyDeleteRemove any letters which are in the second part of the word from MORA and SWEDEN then anagram.
Thanks Austen I will try it
ReplyDeleteEdit:
Thanks again Austen it finally worked - I was trying to draw numbers by colouring numbers on table I draw by putting numbers in (what a waste of time), I didn't think of drawing the line on acctual periodic table.
43
ReplyDeleteWell, I read the message, but I still do not know where to start.
I have a bad translation, because I'm not English speaking
This comment has been removed by the author.
ReplyDeleteOk Austen I will try it, thanks
ReplyDeleteCould I have another hint on L37 - I've been picking letters and again nothing that works. When I first saw this level I thought it won't be so hard, but solving it, it's one of the hardest ones.
ReplyDeleteI'm 43, I've count the letter in several ways but everything is wrong
ReplyDeletepichi, did you find the start point in the grid?
ReplyDeleteSorry, It was a mistake of the language, I had all time! Thanks!!!
ReplyDeletejas, if you got 5 letters, you got an egg, didn't you? Then apply basic riddling to them and again use PT (with numbers).
ReplyDeleteThis comment has been removed by the author.
ReplyDeleteFossa, that's what I needed, it's so easy when you know the trick:)
ReplyDeleteThank you, and to Austen and to S-t for hints. I hope I will get to finish line soon.
Lvl 44
ReplyDeleteNo idea how to add and together the words
Pichi convert each letter into numbers first.
ReplyDeleteThanks again Austen. In 45 now
ReplyDeleteThx Austen im a nomad .)
ReplyDeleteHi! Suck in 45 I have egg1 but I do not know how to use the cipher for the second egg
ReplyDeletePichi,
ReplyDeleteUse that cipher to make the letters in the pic "shapes of letters".
The first one (I with an E on top) will make a P.
When you did them all you can read something 'backwards'
I really do not understand how goes the letter: p
ReplyDeleteIs drawing with the cipher image above level?
pichi, draw E and I in code. One upon another. Together. Ypu will get P (strange P, but it will be P :) )
ReplyDelete@ pichi That level gave me hell also!
ReplyDeleteToo hell!! I can not read anything, too much nonsense letters: potlhtotpmllurlao...?
ReplyDeletepichi))) you have some wrong letters) the fourth letter is E, 10th letter is A... And read backwards ;)
ReplyDeleteYou're close Pichu, but you made some mistakes.
ReplyDeleteThe L on 4 is wrong
The M on 10 is wrong
The R on 14 is wrong
THe L on 15 is wrong
The A on 16 is wrong
there is one more letter L (3 L one after another, for example 12-th), and 15, 16, 17 are F, E, N (18th O is correct)
ReplyDeleteThanks all! I have 2 egg, and now?
ReplyDeletePichi do you remember using "First Thins First"?
ReplyDeleteThis time try "lasT thingS lasT".
Yeah! Thanks thanks!! Onto 46 will be tomorrow...
ReplyDeleteYou are very close now Pichi!
ReplyDeleteThanks Austen that helped me to. On to L46 now. When I was playing with those letters a bit I got: to-the-one-full-pot-lap :) It didn't work though, but sure made me laught. Well searching for answers on different levels got me some other funny non-answers too.
ReplyDeleteIt's really nice from you that still check this place and answer questions even after you were finished.
Lol, in fact it was still first things first, Austen.
ReplyDeleteLike the second egg said (and in a way like, the way the first egg was found) it was all backwards for a reason. Reading the second egg answer as real English only helped to see where the spaces are, but then back to the original result it was still first things.
Jas both you and Pichi are so close to the end I would hate to see either of you give up.
ReplyDeleteI would never have the confidence to try a riddle which was not in my first language (especially one created by Small-Tool!) so I look in from time to time.
Hello! lvl 47
ReplyDeleteI read the hints and and I have the characters, I try things first, or last things, but I can get any egg. Any help? Thanks
4th egg - if you convert numbers to letters, then rot x4, you get ikea. Not the answer, but just sayin' ;-)
ReplyDeleteJust doing a few levels a day, so gonna take weeks if every level has eggs. Fun times! Thanks ST
pichi, first letters must work. Are you sure in your names? 7 letters, 2 vowels, 5 consonants. You'll get an egg.
ReplyDeleteThanks Fossa I was not looking surname. I have egg
ReplyDeleteIn 48
ReplyDeleteAs I can read in this 3d cube? somehow reaching for something?
Hi Pichi, start at the third empty spot above IN (below the T) and go left. You get a sentence which tells you how to get the answer.
ReplyDeleteI do not understand how to follow a cube to another, I imagine to be joined to have the 6 faces, but I do not know how to do this, I can not get any sentence
ReplyDeleteIt starts with 'Anagram'.
ReplyDeleteAusten don't worry I wont give up :) I don't have any problems understanding english, so there is no english language barrier for me, but I sure have big riddling language barrier. Without big hints I wouldn't pass it.
ReplyDeletePichi I suggest you to use paint program or just print it outand mark your path. The cube touches together on the edges as it placed so that the left cube touches the right cube on the left side, up-left touches other on the up-left and so on - just as they if you put one over other. All sides are divded in the 10 rows and they touch the other side at the same row and that is where the word continues when it comes to the edges. I hope that what I wrote is understandable to you.
Hi,
ReplyDeletefound the riddle a few days ago and managed to get to lvl 24, where I'm stuck. Read the comments but don't find the connection between the B****** and the c g, b c o , b c p, etc. part. What am I doing wrong ? Thx.
Ike, the middle colours are Cyan, Green, Pink, Orange, Black and Red. The first line is coral-gold, so c and g. That will give you a letter in B******
ReplyDeletedankjewel Dutchie, was doing the opposite over and over again, with no result obviously. How stupid! Thx again.
ReplyDeleteThanks dutchie and jas I could get. Now in 49
ReplyDeleteThis is similar to the previous one? Or I can read it there?
Pichi it's a bit harder. You first need to match all the sides together. I did it in logical way. When you find where the cube touches you can start looking for the answer. It's where I'm at now.
ReplyDeletePichi,
ReplyDeleteIt is similar to the previous one. But now you first have to find out yourself what side is where in the cube. And then again find the path from entrance to exit.
pichi, color (in paint or on photoshop) the similar sides in different blocks. It will help you to make path. And read previous hints, there is a small trick about the path.
ReplyDeleteThanks I have understood. I am doing with an image editor, but I have a question: once cut, are formed in a row or in pairs one above the other?
ReplyDeletePichi they all have to come together - you have to make the cube like it was 3d, so you have to imagine that to get it together some sides would have to turn to touch the other. (I hope this is what you were asking)
ReplyDeleteI've done it!!! Thanks all!!! Now 50
ReplyDeleteEgg page in 50
ReplyDeleteI looked like I have to do another word and subtract with each other, but that word has no meaning. It's something else?
pichi, use the leftt numbers as numbers, not as the word for the egg. Theright numbers are the method to get the answer.
ReplyDeleteFossa you mean that with the right, I choose letter of the numbers on the left? because I do not quite understand this
ReplyDeletePichi, use the numbers on the right to pick a number from the left and then convert that number to a letter. The first number on the right is a 2 so pick the second number from the left (8) and then covert to the letter H.
ReplyDeleteCome on Pichi, almost there :)
ReplyDeleteAfter that two very easy bonus levels.
Thanks LinR!!! Finish!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks you all for help me!!
Yes small-tool I have one sentence with red letters, but I do not understand this, as always lol
ReplyDeleteThis comment has been removed by the author.
ReplyDeleteNow if I've done!!! thanks all again, without your help I would not have finished. Small-tool Congratulations for this work, I liked it, despite my language difficulties...
ReplyDeletebut as I say, your support has been essential for me.
I wait for the next! Thanks a thousand times thank you all!!!!
Congrats Pichi :)
ReplyDeleteYay, big congrats :)
ReplyDeleteVery well done Pichi (and Molly). Glad you liked it :)
Yeah Pichi and Molly!!! Very well done!!!!!
ReplyDeleteHeeey, Pichi! Congratulations!)))
ReplyDeleteThanks all! you are very kind, also a pleasure to play!
ReplyDeleteYey, I've finished too :). Thanks for making this riddle and thanks everyone for posting hints and answering my questions.
ReplyDeleteYay Jas, very well done, Congrats :)
ReplyDeleteGlad you liked it :)
Congrats jas :)
ReplyDeleteYeah jas!!!! Well done!!
ReplyDeleteThanks everyone! Without your help I woudn't have done it.
ReplyDeleteS-t I especially liked the mazes. I thougt the last few levels would be the hardest, but they were acctualy the easiest ones. I also realy liked the jumping frog one and playing ludo (well these are the one that jump into my head now)
Congratulations Pichi and Jas!! Yayyyyy
ReplyDeleteYAY!!!! Congratulations Pichi and Jas!!! Well done to both of you!!
ReplyDelete34, solved crossword, read message and don't know where to look / pick after that. Tried the familiar colours, no luck. Could use a hint. Thx.
ReplyDeleteIke. Try using the numbers in the brackets and count that way.
ReplyDeletethx Clio, but I only find gibberish. Do I need 2 7-letter words or am I off track with that ?
ReplyDeleteike....use the bracket number at the beginning to go forwards, and the bracket number at the back to go backwards. No anagram needed (i will check that, but im pretty sure it was no anagram necessary)
ReplyDeleteyep....no anagram needed, ike.
ReplyDeleteThanks again Clio, found it !
ReplyDeleteJas, congratulations!
ReplyDeleteLvl 42: Found the egg, tried to use the sequence the way the egg showed, started single n as well as double n, but can't find any correct answer. Hope to get some help, although you all finished by now.
ReplyDeleteIke,
ReplyDeleteLvl 42 egg is a little trickier, but you're on the right track.
Take steps, so the first two is not the same N, but N and then the O next to it, then add the next in the sequence etc.
Anagram needed in the end.
Thx ST, 43 now , 8 more to go................
ReplyDeleteGo, go go Ike. You can do it, almost there :)
ReplyDeleteThanks Dutchie, but now I'm really really really stuck on the cube/maze in lvl 48. I simply don't see where to go. Did like the previous levels however. Guess I just have to keep struggling for a while.
ReplyDeleteLol Ike, you reached Smalltool's mazes of hell. But there is a way out :)
ReplyDeleteYou start at In, go three steps up and then go left, the path continues on the other part of the cube at the same height. There you find your first letter: A. From there follow the path until you have a sentence which tells you what to do to get the answer.
Thx again Dutchie, will give it a try once ( or twice ) more. Came up with A****** W*** so far. Don't even know if that's correct to start with.
ReplyDeleteIt looks like you have the first word but the second word starts with an E.
ReplyDeleteLvl 48: A****** E**** F**** L??? Could someone check if I'm on the right path so far. Thanks
ReplyDeleteSo far, so good, Ike :)
ReplyDeleteS-T, can I skip 48 and probably from what I read in the comments here 49 as well? I'll be using one or two lifelines ! LOL
ReplyDeletePrinted it, copied it in paint, tried to mark the "dead end paths", I am at the same place I was yesterday.
ReplyDeleteBut I must say I really did enjoy the great riddle. Read how much work had to be done to get it online. Great job, S-T and all other colleagues.
ike, dont give up. I am happy to chea....err...help you. Did you solve 48?
ReplyDeleteIf not....the sentence reads...as you wrote...A****** E**** F**** L**** O* T** P*** T* G** T* M***** (fingers crossed i have given the correct amount of missing letters). With your first four words, im hoping you can work out the words i have given...by using the maze of course. lol
ReplyDeleteHi Clio, sorry I'm so late to reply, having some difficulties with my old XP-computer. ( and S-T's riddle also) I'm gonna try your
ReplyDeleteBIG help to be able to continue. Thanks !
No worries. Im looking forward to seeing you move forward....not far to go now.
ReplyDelete49 now, thx again Clio
ReplyDeleteYAYYY. Good luck. Im am working out how best to hint you if you get stuck. Dont worry, ike. You will finish this wonderful riddle.
ReplyDeleteClio, I'm afraid I have to bother you again. (although I guess you expected that already) All bits and pieces here on 49. Another, way, this is, walk this etc. etc. Obviously not my cup of tea these mazes!
ReplyDeleteike........im gonna call in the big guns. I dont know how to explain this level. My time is after 2am, so i will send out the SOS for you....and then...with apologies say, my pillow awaits my head. I will check back in soon as i wake up. If i dont see any truly hinty cheaty help...then i promise i will leave a chea..errrr..hint.
ReplyDeleteOK Clio, had no idea it was that late where you live. Goodnight and sleep well !
ReplyDeleteHi Ike, on 49, I started matching the pieces one at a time, an open line will always match to another open line and the same with the closed lines. I then had 2 blocks of 3 pieces that matched, but didn't seem to go together. To make the last match I had to flip one of the blocks of 3. I actually printed it out then and made a cube, lol. From the starting W, your first move is to another face of the cube, (opposite of the green arrow) and will start "what..."
ReplyDeleteThx Donas, scissors, pencils (sharpened) and paper ready! I'll give it a try.

ReplyDeleteAusten, thought just now, take a look ( lunchtime at work) .

ReplyDeleteCongratulations Ike!!!! Well Done!!!
ReplyDeleteCongrats Ike, very well done :)
ReplyDeleteBtw, you do know there are two bonus levels, right?
After solving those you can leave a comment on the 'real' congrats page.
Done! I had to take a break from it for a week or so, but with all the helpful hints, I made it through my first substantial riddle game! Thanks to small-tool and jon for writing it. And thanks to all the patient helpful hinters. Now I have to go and give it a great rating!
ReplyDeleteGood job, Annie, Congrats :)
ReplyDeleteCongratulations Annie. Yayyy.
ReplyDeleteGreetings L&G - LTNS (again)!
ReplyDelete☺
Nobody will probably notice that me too finally was able to finish
this torturing fun - due to lack of time months after releasing.
\☺/\☻/\☺/
Many thanks to all the previous players above for all the hints that guided me through this awesome riddle.
Unfortunately Cbox at last page has expired, so only here I can
perpetuate my big thanks to you, dear s-t, for making yet another master piece. Also thanks to you, dear jon, for putting s-t's creative mind into shape.
♥☺♥☺♥☺
I noticed Premiere!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on finishing the best riddle of all time.
I wonder if anyone is still active in this forum.
ReplyDeleteI'm still having problems in another riddle puzzle - Run Joey Journey. Can someone please explain what is meant by "eggs" in the riddle. I'm stuck on Lvl 8, for what its worth. The forum clues don't help me and for most (like this puzzle also) the puzzle is long over.
6mths later ... ... a walkthrough of some kind might be nice.
Ashley if you ever see this I have written a full walkthrough for 50 Shades in Excel and will Email it to you if you wish.
ReplyDeleteIf you post here and I see it I will post my Email address.
If there's anyone there, I know it's a longshot but I'm stuck on level 3. Any hints for me?
ReplyDeletedd level 3 is solved by splitting the number into 5 groups then changing numbers to letters.
ReplyDeleteNo anagram is needed.
You just need to be fortunate to get the grouping correct.

Level 25)
ReplyDeleteEventually a calculated guess is involved.
Method:
The picture hints that this is a “Keyed Caesar” cypher.
In this a keyword is used to scramble the alphabet and is always at the beginning.
Write out the regular alphabet from A to Z.
Under that write the corresponding letters from the plain text to gibberish translation given in the text.
For example jolted becomes ajdpim so write A under J, J under O etc.
As letters which are not in the keyword must have been transposed to the right any letter which is in or to the left of its usual position MUST be part of the keyword.
Try to find letters from the remaining 16 which will fit (no repeats) in the gaps at the beginning to form a genuine word.

ReplyDeleteSometimes even when knowing what it is about, it still seems odd.
Method for egg 1:
The hint is in the title.
Shade all the odd numbers in the grid and you will reveal 11 8 digit binary codes.
These give you 11 decimal numbers which are the ASCII codes for an 11 letter word.
Spoiler:

Method for egg 2:
The title in the egg tells you to think of little entities.
This is a hint to use the periodic table of elements.
The egg text tells you to use the subcategories of the periodic table to shade the number grid.
Doing so will reveal a four letter word.

ReplyDeleteLower case.
Method:
The title and the first word in the grid tell you that your key here is lower case binary.
If you look at the lower case alphabet in binary you will see that the first three digits are always the same (011).
Write these digits on a new grid so that column 1 is all zeros and columns 2 & 3 are all ones.
Compare the two grids.
Any letter in column 1 of the original will be a 0 wherever else it occurs.
Similarly any letter in columns 2 or 3 will be a 1.
This way you will be able to fill in all places in the new grid except 4 (a & r do not appear in the first three columns).
There are only four possible combinations for a & r (0 0, 0 1, 1 0 and 1 1) and a little experimentation will reveal a 7 letter word read from bottom to top when you convert the lines back from binary (you already have four lines complete).

This is a hint to use the “Pigpen” cipher (also known as the Masonic cipher).
The three places with X should be ignored and regard your Os as Masonic code dots.
