ReplyDeletenope - my idea for no 2 was incorrect. can anyone give a hint?
ReplyDeleteunless i have my slang wrong
ReplyDeletejust found this "money slang" website hahaha
ReplyDeleteLine 5 is rhyming slang.
ReplyDeleteLine 8 is old British money.
ReplyDeletelol...the phosphorous has me stumped...and my other letters don't make anything legible
ReplyDeleteLine 6 think chemistry.
ReplyDeleteyep - got those nini and austen - ty anyway :)
ReplyDelete@jessicac. Phosphorous could be either 15 (atomic number) or 32 (atomic mass)
probably atomic number jess...
ReplyDeleteabout line 8.. hmm 240 ? (can't be!)
my numbers so far are: 20-8-25-13-5-15-9-12 and ?
ReplyDelete12 old pennies in a shilling, Nini
ReplyDeleteok...must be having 'one of my days'...or overthinking...i got the #s from the slang lines...score =20=t; etc...so, these clues are making me twitch! :D
ReplyDeleteNini there were 240 old pennies in a pound not a shilling.
ReplyDeletehmm tried that but my anagram solver is not solving I guess xD
ReplyDeleteYes I am that old!
ReplyDeleteHaha - yes I remember old money too, Austen :)
ReplyDeleteZuleika you have it right just put a space in there.
ReplyDeleteWHEW! had 1 wrong...grrr :D
ReplyDeletei will return the favors in another game! :D
ReplyDeleteNini you need two words.
ReplyDeletehaha! Well.. I 'm pretty sure I have all the right letters.. but no go!
ReplyDeletenini...you do b/c i had one wrong and used yours
ReplyDeleteI know Austin! Tried with both no space and space.. :S
ReplyDeleteMaybe I really got smth wrong
Just an't get the two words for the final answer - maddening, grr. Probably so obvious too
ReplyDeleteL2
ReplyDeleteanoint parsley, sage, rosmary & ?

ReplyDeleteWord 1 (5 letters) is a herb.
ReplyDeleteWord 2 (3 letters) - the Saudis have LOADS of it!

ReplyDeleteTy Austen - got it - but I'm still not sure of the sense of it!
ReplyDeleteok zuleika...let's do #3!
ReplyDeleteYay, a new Creo riddle! Thanks for posting Jon!
ReplyDeleteGot it.. but used Zuleika's numbs LOL
ReplyDeleteHaha! I'm also stuck at Level 2. As a foreigner, no idea what to do. Kinda good to see the americans hang as well.
ReplyDeleteworking my way through a menagerie of animals for no 3! maybe should try mythological beasts ...?
ReplyDeletehaha!
ReplyDeletelol! i have run through a list as well!
ReplyDeleteBuecherverschlingen see Zuleika's post at 12:30 for the numbers.
ReplyDeleteHa, got it! Thanks, Zuleika!
ReplyDeletegotta run for a while...figure them out for me!
ReplyDeleteTried all animals in Haddocks' Eyes poem.. nadda!
ReplyDeleteL3
ReplyDeleteeach word of last line is missing first letter
think countries
ReplyDelete... I hate those "native only" levels..
ReplyDeleteFor level 3, he replied with four words, something is missing from each one
ReplyDeletemind escape, not room escape
ReplyDeleteOk .. Im getting there 2/4!
ReplyDeleteGOT IT
ReplyDeleteWhat about lvl4??
ReplyDeleteLevel 4 reminds me of this song that's now stuck in my head.
ReplyDeleteThere she was just a walking down the street, singing doo wa diddy ...
I knew the bassist from that band Buecherverschlingen!
ReplyDeleteL4
ReplyDeleteseems to be morse, but can't figure it out yet...
You ARE really old, Austen!
ReplyDeleteRight track, Alpha Omega
ReplyDeleteoh just noticed we have an extra hint xD
ReplyDeleteThink before AΩ.
ReplyDeleteThis comment has been removed by the author.
ReplyDeletegot L4!
ReplyDeletenames of twins at right side
which lvl are you on, Austen?
ReplyDeleteL5 the playing cards AΩ.
ReplyDeletebest creature names ever ha!
ReplyDeleteI recognise most of them but one or two are not familiar to me Nini.
ReplyDeleteHi! stuck in level 3 I am looking for a country of four letters?.
ReplyDeleteI understand that the last line of each word one letter missing, but everything is wrong
if u do some image search u should find what u're missing .
ReplyDeleteI still need to to find the last ones
I still don't get Level 4. Can somebody give me a hint, please?
ReplyDeleteHi pichi. No - each word in the last line is a country with first letter missing. Spell out animal name with missing letters
ReplyDeleteThis comment has been removed by the author.
ReplyDeleteGot them all.. now I guess pick letters!
ReplyDeletepichi, you search for an animal that's made out of the four letters that are missing in the last sentence.

ReplyDeleteLevel 4, level 4,........dumdeedumdeedum
ReplyDeleteBuecherverschlingen AΩ posted a great hint at 1:03.
ReplyDeleteFour letter word meaning "before".
Well guys & girls it is now beer O'clock.
ReplyDeleteSee you later.
Please leave a nice hint trail.
Anndd lvl 6!
ReplyDeleteL4
ReplyDeletethink morse:
twin names (last parts) at right page, one paragraph each for one letter (4 in total)
(I'm lousy at hinting...)
have to go, too - leave big hints ;-)
ReplyDeletesee you
Thanks Zuleika and Nini go it!
ReplyDeleteNot beer for me Austen - but guests instead! Back later...
ReplyDeleteThank you all, got it finally!
ReplyDeleteOn lvl 6> 3 letters missing.. just out of ideas
ReplyDeleteNeed help on 5 Nina, I have all the creature names but they all start with consonants. I tried the amount of letters in each name but that doesn't seem to work either.
ReplyDeleteNini, that sure was a nice list of creatures on the previous level, Hi, btw :)
ReplyDeleteC0fe:
ReplyDeleteLook at the number on the card and then refer to that letter in the name of the creature
lvl5, i got jlckarsl, but nothing!!
ReplyDeleteSorry I was having dinner..
ReplyDeleteZoran 2 letters wrong
Stuck in level 4 now. I do not understand in which names or words in the text to the right, get the morse
ReplyDeleteYou need to anagram level 5.
ReplyDeleteZoran, your letters are wrong. There's an Alice in Wonderland-Wiki, look the names up there. Or use google image search.
c0fe7758-7e30-11e3-b451-000f20980440
ReplyDeleteU need to see the names + the numbers. Like Jabberwock is Ace so take the J
pichi, one of the names is longer, and one is shorter. Morse that up.
ReplyDeletepichi Dum and dee - long and short
ReplyDeleteC'mon guys! Get to lvl 6! need more brains on this one
ReplyDeleteFor level 5 I have jackheel... are my letters wrong?
ReplyDeletemiles.. hee is wrong
ReplyDeleteand remember> the hatter is not just a hatter!
ReplyDeleteYeah, he is also batshit...
ReplyDeleteYes Dum and Dee with this I have only two letters, and missing?
ReplyDeletelol bue! Is the caterpillar not Absolem?
ReplyDelete@pichi make a 4-letter word by taking the phrases their names appear (use long and short)
ReplyDelete@miles.. yeah >_<
ReplyDeleteand the other guys isn't king of hearts?
ReplyDeleteguy
ReplyDelete@miles do some image search !
ReplyDeletepichi, in every sentence, there is dee or dum or both. So it's either . oder - or .- or -.
ReplyDeleteConvert every appearence to morse. It's 4 letters.
I am!!!! I don't know why I'm not getting it!
ReplyDelete@miles for nº 7 -> duchess
ReplyDeletemiles, it's not a guy. Look here:
ReplyDeletehttp://aliceinwonderland.wikia.com/wiki/Category:Characters
It helps. Just brows through til you see the pictures on the cards and note the names.
The flower is a bit tricky, but it has the same name as one girl in Peter Pan that isn't Wendy.
lvl5 got it
ReplyDeleteNow help me on 6 @Zoran!
ReplyDeletewell nini- I'm at lvl6 but my brain's not helping
ReplyDeletethe missing letters could point to a calculation but I can't make it work. I've tried grouping the latters according to the number of times they appear:(
ReplyDeleteLOL @enzed!
ReplyDeleteI tried removing all letters from the alphabet and remained with 3.. (1 can be related to playing cards but not the other 2..)
oh my gosh - finally got it! Thanks guys
ReplyDeleteheh I had the "multiplying" idea too ..
ReplyDeleteand the numbers of times each letter appears has no pattern at all!
Thanks buecherves...
ReplyDeleteI have four missing letters in level 6: bqxz
ReplyDeleteNo idea what to do with them, though.
Or why the little guys on the left are wearing spades instead of hearts.
@buecherverschlingen B is below J
ReplyDeleteLOL...I really think that once upon a time I wasn't so dum
ReplyDelete(maybe I was dee.)
But now I know it for a fact! I cannot get 3 even with your hints. I'm sure they're good hints, I just can't make my brain understand it.
I might come back later and see if my head is a bit more clear. :)
I have five missing letters, bmqxz. If you use the letters before each one (from the hint) you get alowy...... I'm pretty sure I'm on the wrong track!
ReplyDeleteoops - there are both b's and m's. This game is frying my brain
ReplyDeletebuecherverschlingen B is top right corner and the image is correct for the book with the spades
ReplyDeletehttp://aliceinwonderland.wikia.com/wiki/File:The-Playing-Cards-Painting-The-Rose-Bush,-Illustration-From-Alice-In-Wonderland-By-Lewis-Carroll-1832-9.jpg
Ooops. Thanks, Nini.
ReplyDeleteNotYou, in the sentence the Knight says there are missing the first letter on every word. Think of countries. THey do spell an animal.
So the only letters not shown are QXZ right?
ReplyDeleteright miles
ReplyDelete"Once you eliminate the impossible, whatever remains, no matter how improbable, must be the truth". XQZ????
ReplyDeleteZoran I've tried all permutations with and without spaces. no go >_<
ReplyDeletezxq is the code for solstad airport
ReplyDeleteOk, I know this is probably nothing, but has anyone noticed that every line is symmetrical at the top with the same number of letters on both sides, except for the Y's? On the opposite side there are 4 I's, but only 3 I's. I don't know if it means anything
ReplyDeleteI''ve tried lvl6-lvl5, but nothing
ReplyDeleteY's
ReplyDeletegtg guys! good luck :D
ReplyDeletebuecherverschlingen, thanks.
ReplyDeleteBut I meant 4 is where I"m stuck, the morse code one. Gee, I can't even tell you what puzzle I'm on that shows you how really dumb I am!
Oh my. Okay. Dee is long and Dum is short. So if in one sentence it says "Dee is longer than Dum" it is -. and therefore an n. You need four letters.
ReplyDeleteLevl 5 is anagram? I can not find all the cards
ReplyDeleteomg I finally got it!
ReplyDeleteI can't get level 4 either...tried multiple combos of Dee/dee and Dum/dum...cuz not sure if it is case sensitive...or spacing...not to mention i can't track the answer from the hints...dum...dum...dum
ReplyDeleteYes, Level 5 is an anagram, pichi.
ReplyDeletenot you...help with level 4 then... please...pretty please...you can delete right after :D
ReplyDeleteOMG! I BF'd Lvl 6, but I think I figured out the logic.
ReplyDeleteThree letters are missing - one is related to a card.
What (in Wonderland terms) is the card previous to that?
This comment has been removed by the author.
ReplyDeleteplease...fall down the rabbit hole...back to level 4 :D
ReplyDeletelol @ jessicac! I know how you feel!
ReplyDeleteWhen I finally figured it out I still wasn't sure I knew what I was doing. :)

At a complete loss on lvl 9
aargh! gotta run again...leave good hints for the last 4 for level 5 and on! :D
ReplyDeletelvl9
ReplyDeleteNoelle, you are not alone. Stuck on lvl9
ReplyDeleteJessicac, you will like Level 8. I'm starring at a british rock icon for ages now, trying to find his secrets.
ReplyDeleteL.5 I can not get all the cards, I have too many consonants, can someone help me?
ReplyDeletePichi - only 2 consonants and they are both "a"
ReplyDelete@ Zoran: Start with the second WHAT..?
ReplyDeleteOkay, it's 1pm here, i go to bed now. Hope there are a lot of hints on the morrow!
ReplyDeletebut: jack, right? is names all creatures?
ReplyDelete@ pichi - "Jack" is correct.
ReplyDeleteThanks Noelle for the help on lvl 6 was never going to get that one.
ReplyDelete@Smart - You are most welcome. I just got lucky, honestly.
ReplyDeleteAny luck with lvl 9 yet?
ReplyDeleteFor level 9, think alphabet to start
ReplyDeleteDid someone figure out lvl 8? ╮(╯▽╰)╭ My Intellectual power seems to be "thin" too, at this level
ReplyDeleteHave no clue what letters to pick from what for Lvl 9
ReplyDeleteThanks Donas - I think I've got the first half of 9...
ReplyDeleteGot 9. Was overthinking the second part.
ReplyDeletewell done smartasawhippet, hope you can help on 10, been stuck for a while
ReplyDeleteSo far baffled on 10.
ReplyDeleteI still need help on level 6, the missing letters are QXZ so if one of these letters represents a card, i guess Jack would be before Queen, but I don't know how this helps get the answer?
ReplyDeletec0fe, for level six, look back at your list of creatures, then apply the hint with that list
ReplyDeleteAny luck on 10 yet?
ReplyDeleteAny help on 9? Can't guess the right letters
ReplyDeleteNini, did you see Donas hint at 4:37?
ReplyDeleteYup.. but the text is too confusing xD
