    ReplyDelete
  44. Ah Austen, same thought here.
    I'll delete mine.

    ReplyDelete
  45. Darn, got here too late. Too many hints...

    ReplyDelete
  46. Not too many for me. Austen, thanks for getting me past a sticking point. Managed after that.

    ReplyDelete
  47. You're welcome Lurker Smurf.
Just waiting for the next Sniffmouse production now.

    ReplyDelete
  48. Thank you Austin for the WT. I too was frustrated at the lack of hints because this one really had me stuck, couldn't figure out what the design on the watercolor meant after throwing water on it. Doesn't help to say take letters at sleeping place when there are no letters there, or asking if you've used bulb when you have no idea where a bulb is. Still. love Sniffmouse games and look forward to more!

    ReplyDelete
  49. Guntars....
    Picture it 34
Green one made the last one look like childs play
    Did it anyway...Fun Thanx

    ReplyDelete
  50. Not sure if anyone remembers, but we've seen that watercolor before.

    ReplyDelete
  51. awwwww not fair!! I was in San Francisco for lunch today! Not looking at comments (unless I need them, of course)

    ReplyDelete
  52. I certainly do remember that LS having just finished replaying all the Sniffmouse games from the beginning!
It has been in more than one episode in various ways.

    ReplyDelete
  53. How did the meal go Sharon?
I trust that a good pub was found!

    ReplyDelete
  54. Thanks for nice comments !
Lurker Smurf, yes You are right, that image was used before, but there was totally different puzzle with it

    ReplyDelete
  55. Hey Guntars
Keep dreaming up these awesome games
    Love sniffie

    ReplyDelete
  56. Hey Austen! We ate at John's Grill, they have been there since 1908. Had Petrale Sole was very good (also a bloody mary)

    ReplyDelete
  57. So I cut the onion with the knife and all I get is tears (blue)

    ReplyDelete
  58. had to take a sneak peak of your walkthrough Austen

    ReplyDelete
  59. Sounds great Sharon.
I had to make do with Filet Mignon and a bottle of Amarone tonight and had to cook it myself!

    ReplyDelete
  60. I'll take a filet mignon any day!! Amarone?

    ReplyDelete
  61. Amarone della Valpolicella, to give it it's full name, is an absolutely beautiful very full bodied Italian red wine.
It is even heavier in flavour than a good Barolo.

    ReplyDelete
  62. Ohhhhhhhhh ok We drink Cabernet Sauvignons...we have very similar tastes! Nice, sounds wonderful!

    ReplyDelete
  63. And out! Thank you Guntars! I too remember that's painting in another sniffmouse. Thank you so very much for the great walkthough Austen!

    ReplyDelete
  64. If I am going for French red it is usually a Gevrey Chambertin or a Pommard (both very nice Burgundies) but tend to prefer their whites.

    ReplyDelete
  65. Sounds like you have expensive taste! See you tomorrow! Have a great evening!

    ReplyDelete
  66. Harrods taste - 7/11 wallet!

    ReplyDelete
  67. Hey Austen64
    agree with you about Amarone
Not well known here in the States
    but then neither are Barolos>
    Good choice with Fillet.

    ReplyDelete
  68. Well worth searching for though Joe!

    ReplyDelete
  69. Yes
I have found a place that does awesome Barolos and Amarones

    ReplyDelete
  70. I think we have just started the EG24 good wine club!

    ReplyDelete
  71. Thought I'd run back for a second on the chat...LOL Count me in on the Wine Club!

    ReplyDelete
  72. there is someone, which can play the game, about 10 people.
who just writing "good game", "excellent" , "great game"
and then there are those, who just can not see the hint.
and play by a Walkthrough is not fun.

    ReplyDelete
  73. Thank you Austen for the WT. I was stuck with the plate. I thought the numbers on the plate had to be added (+ sign on the table). I was wrong but thx to you I made it out.

    ReplyDelete
  74. Brilliant as usual. Easily the best games on EG24.

    ReplyDelete
  75. Funny how one can get fixated on a particular path towards solving a puzzle in a certain manner and that one puzzle stops advancement in the overall game until it's solved.
    For example:
I got stuck for a long time thinking that the + sign was related to solving the puzzle for the 8 colors on the table legs.
Instead of adding the colors across from each other, I was using the + sign as a clue and adding colors above and below each other and was getting very frustrated as there wasn't a clear clue to the procedure regarding the color matching.
Then the "AHA!" moment and the rest of the game went pretty smoothly.
Great workout for the brain, as usual! Thanks.

    ReplyDelete
  76. Another fantastic game i just love them had to look at Austen 64 walkthrough so thanks Austen 64 and thank you Sniffmouse

    ReplyDelete
  77. I understand the colour-mix code. Colours should be purple-grey-green and orange. Why doesn't it work then? Can't get the knife.

    ReplyDelete
  78. Jef...right colors, wrong order....spoiler below:

    Purple, orange, green, gray

    ReplyDelete
  79. Excellent game (as always!)

    Thanks!

    ReplyDelete
  80. I had a problem with the sliders: as I clicked they went up and then down all by themselves. DOUBLE CLICK them until you get them into the correct position.
    SPOILER

    middle-middle-down-up

    ReplyDelete
  81. Wow, I got pwned by that one. Only found 2 mice and had to run for help!
