  5. Chapter 14
The continuing saga about Jolly Boy and his friends James and Janice.

Jolly sits in his thrown-room (Jolly Boy Magic Crown Escape). He is so very happy that his two clever friends James and Janice are visiting him again on their holiday!
“Look outside …. I need to save the people in my kingdom … There, in that mountain in the distance with starry rocks, is my scepter, I need it now …”
“We will help you!” “Of course we will!”
James and Janice are very proud of Jolly, who is doing such a good job in his kingdom.
But where to start …? They see a shovel all to the left at the tree, but the SEAS-team is in the way.

“Jolly, we will go to the other places first, see what we can find to use, okay?” Janice always thinks in a practical way.
“But, can we take your binoculars with us? We might need them ..” James too, thinks ahead.
And off they go, through the cave, all the way into the garden.
“Careful with that bridge, James!” James wants to take a good look at the flowers in the water. “Their colours are different! And can you take a look at the purple diamond with the binoculars?”
“Sure …” Janice zooms in and looks at it from different angles. “… a three … some sort of long-horned-goat …”.
    James writes it all down.
They walk around to the tree with orange leafs and find a book.
“Interesting …” James studies the pattern, while Janice jumps on the grass. “We need the shovel here!”
When they walk back to the cave they note the puzzles at both sides of the entrance.
“Sigh, a lot to do”. James frowns his forehead .. “there’s something wrong with the pattern in the book, looks like something is missing, it doesn’t work on the puzzle.”

They go into the cave, and halfway …. “Hey, did you count mushrooms, flowers and water-lillies?” Janice asks, “we need them here on the left tree.”
But James hasn’t seen them yet.
“I do see something else! Look at the second tree, a four and a horse.” Walking on they also spot a place for three gems, and “Yes!” One of the gems is on a lantern. This is so encouraging!

Outside of the cave but still underground they find a lot they need: “five mushrooms, two water-lilies and three flowers.” Janice is clever, she looks at all three items up close to be absolutely sure!
“Janice, look to the right! That’s a strange looking knife on that rock! Don’t touch it yet, take a good look!”
James puts the knife in the inventory. Then he looks up high and takes his notebook out .. strange scratches on the rock there … “Roman numerals?” James played a lot of Small-Tool riddles so you can’t fool him!
But no, not this time “it’s the order for the colours from the flowers! green-blue-red-yellow.”
“I will take the flashlight as well ..” Janice says.

  6. They hurry back to Jolly.
“We need the shovel, Jolly, and there’s something underneath the leafs at that rock as well, you see those?” They have to come up with a plan.
“I know” Jolly screams, “I will stand on top of the wall with two of my finest soldiers, dressed up as horses! That will distract them!”
It’s dangerous, but they have no choice.
It works! The SEAS-team only has eyes for Jolly and his brave men.
James runs to the tree behind them and takes the shovel, while Janice, covered in invisible ink (Find The Jolly Boy's Football) shoves the leafs aside to find a hammer.
Walking up, she finds the place for the animal shapes...phew, safe inside!
But Janice is not ready yet. With arrows flying over her head she runs to the blue clue in the middle of all the fire.
“An arrow .. let’s push it” she mumbles. The arrow points to four numbers and with every number a letter appears!
“Wow, a double clue.” Janice is very happy with that.
She hurries back inside, the ink has done its work.

James and Janice go underground again. On the left wall, “look! A place for the numbers!” Their first starry rock.
James takes the hammer out of the inventory and hits the rocks at the right side of the cave-entrance ”a gem!” They shout together.
Halfway inside the cave, they use the numbers on the left tree for another starry rock.
James jumps towards the right large diamond.
“Can you throw me the flashlight, Janice?”
“Oooohhh, a real treasure-chest!” But where’s the key??

In the garden, outside of the cave, Janice uses the word she found at the left side of the cave and gets a starry rock.
Then she jumps on the green field and starts digging. “Yep, James, there’s our key”.
James takes the chest out of the inventory and uses the key.
“We will bring the gold to Jolly, he knows what to do with it.”
Janice studies the paper. “Ah, I recognize these, two more animal shapes with a number. Lol, I have to become invisible again.”

“Wait, before we do that, let’s take a look at the book again. There’s got to be a way to use that clue at the right side of the cave-entrance!” James is sure of it.
He stares at the pattern. “Psst”, Janice whispers …”try the strange knife on it …” And that’s it. First it goes wrong, but when they start with the circle above the line it works: “three gems, we don’t need more.”
“Wait a little longer … what about those coloured flowers, with that colour order we found? Where do we use those?”
James and Janice walk around in the garden.
Finally in the back, they find a line with colours. James reads the order and Janice pushes the four buttons … for yet another starry rock.

  7. Now things end fast. Walking back they place the gems on the wall for the last starry rock, Janice makes herself invisible again and fills in the numbers one to four and their according animal shape for the last starry rock and then they run to the mountain in the distance.
There’s the scepter Jolly needs to protect his kingdom.
    “Jolly !!! Caaatttcchhh !!!”
James throws the scepter towards Jolly.
The SEAS-team has no idea what happens next.

With the money from the chest Jolly buys them a home-made meal.
They all sit down together and eat. The SEAS-team looves the home made pineapple cake that’s offered with the coffee after the meal and when hands are shaken and stories are told about how brave everybody was, they all go home.
The SEAS-team members take the recipe for the pineapple cake home with them.
And when Jolly promises them more recipe’s they all agree never to fight again!
