  42. Well, no solid clues from anyone for
the green dot slider, so brute force
    had to suffice!

    ReplyDelete
  43. Ah Leroy. Use lipstick on the mirror.
On the couch, the colours have a number.
Use the colours IN THE MIRROR as the number in the mirror show.
Then go to the wall and use the same colours in reverse, cause, mirrored.

  54. Sniffthrough 117:

    What?
No Sniff 1 by the door?
Deciding to quit in disgust you grab the door handle and the missing rodent appears.
Turning to your right you look closely at the shelves and find the black key and a roll of tape.
Right again and you unlock the drawer to locate Sniff 2 and some colouring pencils then you notice Sniff 3 in the shadows.
Right again and you go to stand on the sofa to get a better look at the picture frame and make note of the colour code.
Now you really do go and look at the picture to discover that it is the most boring jigsaw in the world.
Wanting to liven things up a bit you scribble some colour into the puzzle and Sniff 4 completely fails to put in an appearance.
Stepping back to admire your handiwork you notice that if you squint at the picture a bit a 3 number code can just be made out so you try it on the slider puzzle.
So that’s where Sniff 4 was hiding and he had the lipstick with him!
Of course you know to scoot off to the mirror and apply a liberal coating of lippy at which point you find a blushing Sniff 5 and a number clue.
After trying the number on the cupboard door with no result other than RSI you realise that if you combine it with the colour code it might have some effect on the panel above the sofa.
Then you remember that the clue was in a mirror and hastily reverse your colours before anyone notices and take Sniff 6 and a light bulb pressing the switch while you are there.
No joy with the switch so you head off to fix the electrical problem.
You screw in the lightbulb (not always easy) and hit the switch.
    Not again surely!
    Who wired this place?
You trace the cabling and find the broken spot which you fix with your roll of tape (don’t try this at home kids!) and finally get the bulb to light up revealing Sniff 7 and a four digit code.
That code has to be better than the first you think and sure enough it opens the cupboard for Sniff 8 and a sheet of paper.
You get carried away with your creativity with the pencils and expertly forge a pile of cash then notice the flaws in the paper seem to match the dials on the bottom drawer by the tight fisted sunbather.
This provides you with Sniff 9 and a paper bag.
Whilst inspecting the bag you discover a pair of scissors which you use to cut up your dodgy notes and then stuff them in the bag.
Having wondered from the start what the hell that rope by the mirror was for you decide to cut it down and use it to seal you swag bag.
You give the money grabbing sunseeker the fake cash and she runs off revealing Sniff 10 and a funny pattern.
You use that pattern to open the final cupboard door where you take Sniff 11 and the double f.
After ffing the wall for Sniff 12 you buy Guntars a beer and hit the 5 star icon as you exit yet another great game.

  66. Great game thank you x
    Austen your walkthroughs are
    AMAZING thank you x

    ReplyDelete
  67. The puzzle clue was pure genius, but if this hadn't been a Sniffmouse game, I doubt if I would have persevered with it. I spent a long time going round in circles. 'Sit back' is a much better hint than 'zoom out'.

    ReplyDelete
  68. I was annoyed with the jigsaw - I couldn't see the numbers, even when I knew what they should be.

    ReplyDelete
  69. Totally couldn't see the numbers on the jigsaw. Literally squint and the black numbers become clear.

    ReplyDelete
  70. The black and blue numbers to be precise.

    ReplyDelete
  71. Thanks for the help. I'll watch the walkthrough.

    ReplyDelete
  72. Where are you having trouble, daisy?
