Use the fingerprint kit on the glass of milk (in the carnival)
use print on glass of milk
But there was no match for the fingerprints on glass so forget that.... lol

Fingerprint both glasses of milk - get them checked at the office and then the manager appears at the carnival.
Don't know what to do now though!

19 does not work with any other # for me.

It's a different combination each time:
To solve the riddle we need to recognize the repeating pattern, which is:
After every RIGHT arrow the number in the next arrow will be +2
After every UP arrow the number in the next arrow will be +3
After every DOWN arrow the number in the next arrow will be -2
So the solution is actually the last number in the riddle-2, for example if the last number is 189, the solution is 189-2=187.
