    ReplyDelete
  49. stuck at door after grinding cod up get a clue for right side left side clue on grave cross, also have silver cross

    ReplyDelete
  50. i think sliders were 7248

    ReplyDelete
  51. I bf it, don't know why is this, I think it was 7247 or 7248

    ReplyDelete
  52. I watched the video WT: subtract red roman number from number on paper (except of fourth number) don't know why...

    ReplyDelete
  53. 7482 but not working for me i tried 7248 as well but didnt work either

    ReplyDelete
  54. replayed ... light .... phew.

    ReplyDelete
  55. Weird hint, but nice game

    ReplyDelete
  56. Ahaa, to be able to put the cod into the machine, first click the tubes.

    ReplyDelete
  57. so what is the final number? Substracting all but the last one doesn't work for me?

    ReplyDelete
  58. never mind, not going to watch the vid WT to find out, but I liked the game.
I deleted the coloured blocks symbols, cause red was wrong.
red = the decorated plus sign, the one that is already shown.
    black = the open circle
green = the two triangles top/bottom, touching each other in the middle.
cyan = the black square with open circle.

    ReplyDelete
  59. The strange thing is, after going through that last door you can still click 'continue'. But walking around one more time doesn't make me find a use for the silver cross or knowing what else to use the bookclue for.

    ReplyDelete
  60. you need to have the silver cross necklace to get past the werewolf (?) at the end.

    ReplyDelete
  61. roman numeral means the value of fist number. So, top slider starts in 1, second slider starts in 3 and so on. So, bottom slider you count up to 9 and start from zero again.

    ReplyDelete
  62. Mmmm. The final number code is still completely nonsensical to me and the colour-coded symbols were impossible for anyone who's colour-blind. I use a colour-detection app for these games but it just showed the colour of the cursor - white! Otherwise I quite enjoyed this!

    ReplyDelete
  63. I don't know how anyone is playing this. I can't see the clue behind the book and the cubes are too small to determine the shapes.

    ReplyDelete
  64. I agree, bluepeahen. If you have to look at the video wt, it is not that good.

    ReplyDelete
  65. The top of the head points south, west, north, east

    ReplyDelete
  66. It's ok. I really wished they crammed some of this stuff into just a few rooms as it got a bit annoying running around in the dark. I haven't found a use for the ruby / code and not sure if I will bother.

Still, I liked the concept of a haunted escape house.

    ReplyDelete
  67. 5 star game... but getting the fuse so late, the tiny dark bookshelf clue, the need-to-fully-zoom tiny cube symbols, and the no-clue last roman numeral modifier gets the game 1 star. What a waste of so much effort.

    ReplyDelete
  68. yeeh finally a five stars! It was creepy and captivating!

    ReplyDelete
  69. how do i get the frog

    ReplyDelete
  70. Had to give up and won't go back and finish. Clues too small and using the flashlight for so long before light gave me a headache. 1 star, maybe.

    ReplyDelete
  71. Fabulous game. Five stars! Some of the clues were quite straightforward, and some really had to wrap your head, like the numbers at the end.
Excellent stuff. Hope to see a lot more Forgotten Hill games.

    ReplyDelete
  72. Games set in darkness should be avoided.

    ReplyDelete
  73. Don't know if anyone is playing this again ... but the hand never appears in front of the big cross with the four symbols.

I checked the video wt and there is supposed to be a finger in the grass. When you touch it the hand extends out and points to the cross.

This does not happen and the game cannot be completed.

    ReplyDelete
  74. On a whim, I decided to come back and try again.

    I used Firefox (latest updates)

    I used Windows Edge too.

But no finger or hand in the grass.

    This game is unplayable.

    ReplyDelete
  75. Worked well for me. After both puzzles were right, there was a hand coming from the ground and I could click it and put the ring on.
