ReplyDeleteYou need to zoom in on the hint above the lady (x5 x3 x4 x5) or the quarter won't come out.

ReplyDeleteNot sure what the exact glitch is, but if you restart the game and go for the quarter from the game first you can get it. That worked for me anyway.
