  3. Still alone? I've been to all scenes and collected some stuff, got some hints (incl. one word from using a hacksaw and a key from one of the 5#). Going back to see where I can use all that.

    ReplyDelete
  4. Don't know if I can trust those blue/green hexagon patterns... there are many of them.

    ReplyDelete
  5. Hello all,
Use broom 1 row down from the top, middle button on map.

    ReplyDelete
  6. loads of rooms in this one...

don't miss steel rod at brick stairs

    ReplyDelete
  7. Hi meth!

Use hammer on pot in scene one down from start for a key.

    ReplyDelete
  8. yellow buttons go on sliders room 3rd row from top 3rd from left (arrow hint)

    ReplyDelete
  9. Yellow buttons (3 so far) go into grid one up from start.

    ReplyDelete
  10. symbol puzzle gives key to use in same room 3rd row from top 4th from left

    ReplyDelete
  11. Got all stars now for room one to the left from that, order should be the second 5#

    ReplyDelete
  12. Key from pot used in blackboard room

    ReplyDelete
  13. Yes, I was right. Count the corners of the stars and sort them from less to more, then use the 5# hint to change their order. Hope it's clear what I mean. ;-)

  14. Hi Merit
I'm rather dreading those hexagons. The grid for them is behind a locked panel. Brown room (can't remember where it is). Green balls go in corners of grid.

  16. In the room from Alpha's comment (1:53) put a green disk into the drawer for a blue triangle.

    ReplyDelete
  17. Same room: Use metal rod on the loose board for a book.

    ReplyDelete
  18. use stone in top right room for spray
(2nd row from top most right)

    ReplyDelete
  19. In the top rightmost room (right of blackboard) use the rock at the wooden plate for a spray.

    ReplyDelete
  20. green number in room 3rd row from top, 2nd from right for 5#code, get key

    ReplyDelete
  21. Spary 1 right from start gives a word I had already zoomed in on.

    ReplyDelete
  22. or more yellow...

    ReplyDelete
  23. Meth, that was my only idea, otherwise I'd had been lost.

Got the hexagon board now, missing some green buttons.

    ReplyDelete
  24. key from 5#code for 52413 room (the one with the missing draw knob)

    ReplyDelete
  25. You can change the red REDFORD letters after finding the spray hint!

    ReplyDelete
  26. Missing top left paper piece.

    ReplyDelete
  27. Use the book hint there (colour clue) for a wrench.

    ReplyDelete
  28. That's the paper I miss too.

    ReplyDelete
  29. I can't swap star places... misunderstood your comment merit?

    ReplyDelete
  30. Just a question: How often did you guys try to pick up that little wooden stick on the bench in the basketball hall? ;-)

    ReplyDelete
  31. Well done Merit! Slog back up to blackboard room with spanner.

    ReplyDelete
  32. One more picture piece to go, so taking a screenshot now.

    ReplyDelete
  33. Hu, Alpha? Have you seen the 5# and collected all five stars? Then it should work. Caution: there are two similar 5# clues!

    ReplyDelete
  34. Hi ppl just joining you a bit late

    ReplyDelete
  35. ah, had to zoom in on number, doh, now I can swap the stars

    ReplyDelete
  36. Oh dear, I'm missing three puzzle pieces. Got a key I haven't found a fitting hole. I think I'll have to walk all scenes again.

    ReplyDelete
  37. Use one key in blackboard room, two in hexagon board room.

    ReplyDelete
  38. It was the drawer in hexagon board room for the blue pentagon. I swear I had tried that a hundred times ago!

    ReplyDelete
  39. where to use spray?

    ReplyDelete
  40. Duh. Only just found the hacksaw. Now I can't remember where the wooden board was that I'm sure it will cut.

    ReplyDelete
  41. POP
in room 1 right from start & tissue paper, too

    ReplyDelete
  42. Just wait, meth, I'll have a look!

    ReplyDelete
  43. It's in the room with the girl's poster, one right from the hexagon board room. Haven't used that hint though.

    ReplyDelete
  44. me three missing top left paper piece...

    ReplyDelete
  45. :( I had hoped it would be my last picture piece. I'm sure that word and the paper will be used on the 2 lots of 6 red buttons.

    ReplyDelete
  46. Okay, severe problem now. All items are used. Missing the last puzzle tile, two yellow buttons for the grid, and three green buttons for the hexagon thing. Only the SCHOOL hint is unused so far.

    ReplyDelete
  47. will take a break from this one, new Mirchi is out... bbs ☺

    ReplyDelete
  48. Oh, completely forgot about that!

    ReplyDelete
  49. But it was active from the beginning for me!

    ReplyDelete
  50. Hm. I had that school hint very early, and when I first saw the grid, it was active. Obviously it was active for you after finding the school hint. There must be a link, but how?

    ReplyDelete
  51. Wasn't for me Merit. So it must be something I've done recently. Only thing I can think of is SCHOOL

    ReplyDelete
  52. That's it! Gives last 3 green buttons. Off to round up all those hexagon clues.

    ReplyDelete
  53. Turn cyan blocks red. But I must have written 1 down wrong. Off to try and find it.

    ReplyDelete
  54. Got it now too! Write SCHOOL on the grid (eg: after writing the S the letter disappears, then C, etc).

    ReplyDelete
  55. Oh meth, are you colour-disabled? I had to turn the green hexagons to red, ignore the brown and the more blueish ones (I would call that petrol but it's more blue that the green ones).

    ReplyDelete
  56. Ha, I had made screenshots, so I'm done with it now. Puzzle now!

    ReplyDelete
  57. Never thought of my self as colour disabled Merit, but they looked like cyan to me! LOL

    ReplyDelete
  58. It never ceses to surprise me how different individual pic pieces seem out of context.

    ReplyDelete
  59. The puzzle is still hard enough with a screenshot... but correct placed tiles won't move further.

    ReplyDelete
  60. Got my last 2 yellow buttons, but can't remember a 6# code.

    ReplyDelete
  61. btw, watch this vid to find out if you're colour-disabled:

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xHIykZgE7HY

    ReplyDelete
  62. For the buttons left of the puzzle, yellow and orange look very similar.

    ReplyDelete
  63. Pressing the red button shows which ones you've got in right position.

    ReplyDelete
  64. Will check that later, Alpha, thanks! ;-)

If you move all yellow buttons in a row and press the red button, one of the lights will turn green. I think we have to make our own hint this way!

    ReplyDelete
  65. No. I think I was wrong. It shows how many you've got in the right position.

    ReplyDelete
  66. You're right I'm sure Merit, but I've been talking rubbish!

    ReplyDelete
  67. And there's the final key to get out!

I found out you only get a green light (or two in a row) if you take all buttons in a row before you press the red button. After getting all positions put them in their right place, hit red, and then it opens.

    ReplyDelete
  68. Oh, I suddenly got it right. You were right, Merit, you have to move all the buttons to the same row and then move only the ones that haven't turned green, again all to the same row.

    ReplyDelete
  69. I did so many times before, once it can be your turn. ;-)

    ReplyDelete
  70. Thaks Merit and AO for all your hints. Good teamwork! And thanks 8G for the game.

    ReplyDelete
  71. how many hex grids?

    ReplyDelete
  72. Should be six, Alpha.

This was a really great game, thanks 8G, and it was a pleasure to play it together with you guys, thanks for your helping. See you!

Alpha, I will stay a little while here.

    ReplyDelete

  77. Passed the test with 19 out of 20, just failed the very last one in level Expert. Good contact lenses!

But I think it also might depend on things like screen settings. And: Seeing colours and naming them are not the same, and especially in the shades between green and blue you can ask three people and get four answers.

    Alpha, are you out?

    ReplyDelete
  78. where's the hint for the sliders?
or is it trial & error?

    ReplyDelete
  79. This comment has been removed by the author.

    ReplyDelete
  80. I also failed on only that last cyan one Merit.

    ReplyDelete
  81. yep, it's trial & error

    yes, merit

    ReplyDelete
  82. btw new stage out on monkeyhappy

    ReplyDelete
  83. Purple, blue, yellow, green, red, order for stars

    ReplyDelete
  84. Hi jamcee, I think it was above the blackboard

    ReplyDelete
  85. Thanks yvonne! That did it, and I'm out!!

    ReplyDelete
  86. Okay i've copied the arrow hint but nothings working

    ReplyDelete
  87. Nevermind, I had one arrow wrong LOL

    ReplyDelete
  88. Missing one yellow button for slider...
