You have to be careful to find all clues and puzzles. Great game as always.
ReplyDeleteI have two left that I am stuck with. The arrows and I don't know where to put the likes clue. OH and I still have the card scanner.
ReplyDeleteOkay, "likes" go by exit door. Only missing the 4th gem.
ReplyDeleteThat little boy is lucky there was a walkthrough, or he'd still be stuck in that kitchen. ;)
ReplyDeleteA simple game. Nothing complicated about it. All hints are logical, to be attentive.
ReplyDeletetsk tsk tsk .... friends ?!
ReplyDeleteLet's see if we can help Jolly Boy.
Jolly’s Escape
ReplyDeleteWritten and solved by Janice.
(James is busy right now).
(Zoom in on every clue given).
Well, the best offer is ‘today’. I’m glad I’m here.
What a weird looking ‘friend’, red crown and gray mustache, hmm, I don’t like him.
I seem to need 5 nature-symbols up one door, a word upon another door, and there’s goods-information upon a third. That may look like a strange place, but I’m a flexible customer, easy for me to read these offers.
Let’s see … a laptop, a desktop … I can’t decide on what I want yet.
Better go inside first.
ReplyDeleteWell, at least I’m welcome, but there’s another ‘friend’ (I don’t trust these guys, where’s Jolly?).
He’s wearing a yellow crown and has a large brown mustache.
Four coloured bags of different size in the shopping-cart.
And let’s see, up right here, I’d like to drink … water, I’d like to ride … my bike, I’d like to clean … my house (I do ???), I’d like to fly … a kite and I’d like to read … a Book.
And I get : a card swiper. I will probably need it, when the creator of the game lets me find a card.
Will you, Games2Jolly?
At the clothes on the left I need to use the ‘friends’, and at the stairs in the back I need arrow-directions.
Okay, I’m turning right!
I climb the stairs and find a coffee-pot on the left.
ReplyDeleteWhat’s behind it? A green diamond!
And I also see the 5 nature-symbols here … better write them down.
What are those white spots on them, I wonder …..
Four levers more to the right. The height of the coloured bags … and … a second diamond.
What else is here: 5 colours are needed, and there are 10 black spots for … hmm, the only things I have more of are those diamonds. Let me try … yep, that’s the place for them!
I run down the stairs again to find a third green diamond on the floor.
So exciting !
Between the stairs are 4 symbols that need a clue.
There there …. I passed two more ‘friends’, one has a 3-pointed-crown and thick brown mustache, the last one a red bubble-crown with a small brown mustache.
Before I forget those I run back to the clothes and set the correct combinations.
Hey … look … a green diamond.
I run outside and set the nature-symbols. Oh .. duh … there were white spots on the symbols to give their order : yellow flower, leaf, strawberry, red flower, tomato.
ReplyDeleteAnd a fifth gem is mine.
I go back inside because I heard someone scream.
Jolly Boy? Going right twice I find the locked door. Yes, there he is.
Those ‘friends’ Games2Jolly created for him are really bad guys.
I check the tissues to see four symbols.
I check the coffee-cups to read the word ‘coffee’.
I click the 5 coloured cards up right and write down the order.
I check the 4 handles on the right, because they are the order for the arrows.
And last I look up left. Hmmm, didn’t see a clue for that yet.
I go back one room and set the colours.
I get a scroll. Of course! No Jolly Boy without a scroll.
I also set the 4 symbols, and get a 6th diamond.
I go to the first room and set the arrows and get my credit card.
ReplyDeleteI use it on the card-swiper. I don’t know what I bought yet, but I get a receipt.
WHAT !!!!
I BOUGHT ALL OF THE ITEMS ??!?!!!
NO WAY, Games2Jolly !!
I want to be able to return everything within 30 days !!!
That’s more than 6000 Jolly-Dollars!
After settling down a little, drinking a cup of relaxing tea, eating some chocolate and just trying to calm down a little I go outside and realize, the customer information doesn’t match the bill.
I guess the bill is right, so I change the board.
A 7th diamond.
Three more to go.
I open the scroll. Up-Down? Where ….
ReplyDeleteFirst I realize what word to use up here.
I wrote it down in the first lines.
YAY, another scroll.
On it the clue for how much red parts to make on the puzzle inside.
I quickly run inside to set that puzzle. Diamond number 8.
While I’m in that room I slowly move the mouse … and yep, there’s a tiny spot, at the right isde of the doors. That’s where the up-down clue is used for the 9th diamond.
I tell Jolly to stop screaming, he’d better help me to find a place to use that Coffee-clue!
I go back one room and slowly mouse around again.
Yes, there it is. Left of the stairs. Diamond no. 10 is mine.
I set the diamonds and get the key.
Jolly !!! My dear friend, that looks delicious !!!
A must go for arrie NL. *****
