  1. Can't pick up green triangle on the right. Hope it's not a bug.

  2. I'm at a standstill already, having placed 5 keys and 3 green shapes.

    ReplyDelete
  3. Hi Merit. All I'm doing at the momenting is revisiting used hotspots.

    ReplyDelete
  4. Have that problem too with the triangle...

And I didn't start earlier today, so give me a minute! :-)

    ReplyDelete
  5. (RE)HI meth & merit (later) & all others ☺

    almost missed it...

thx for this game, 8G ☺

    ReplyDelete
  6. Somehow I had missed 5 letter clue left of window.

    ReplyDelete
  7. 5 letter puzzle leads easily to key for second room.

    ReplyDelete
  8. And then there were two guys here checking electrical devices (employment protection)!

    ReplyDelete
  9. Missed that clue too, thanks.

    ReplyDelete
  10. this is a tiny tiny hint on flash...

    ReplyDelete
  11. Either I'm growing old or those hints get smaller every week.

    ReplyDelete
  12. Hope your electrics were given a clean bill of health.
On the slashes puzzle, there are two horizontal positions and very similar slanted positions. I more or less had to bf the last 3 buttons.

    ReplyDelete
  13. How can you check several devices in five minutes? But I got the OK for all of them, radio and coffee maker are okay. Unfortunately my PC is okay too. ;-)

    ReplyDelete
  14. On the blue puzzle the buttons cover the correct positions under them. Worth taking a screenshot before placing the buttons.

    ReplyDelete
  15. Turning around the 3rd slash finally opened the door.

    ReplyDelete
  16. Too late, meth, I have put three buttons there.

    ReplyDelete
  17. Well as long as the coffee maker's OK, all's fine.
Been trying to apply the blue slashes on the window to 5 green buttons. Doesn't work.

    ReplyDelete
  18. btw had to mute the, um, «music»...!

    ReplyDelete
  19. Did you see the lines clue on the middle window in 2nd scene? I think it's for the green buttons, will check that out.

    ReplyDelete
  20. it's for the green buttons, meth
    you may try again...

    ReplyDelete
  21. DOH. It's number of clicks for green buttons.

    ReplyDelete
  22. Eh - click those green buttons until they are lightened. ;-)

  24. In 2nd scene at the bottom right corner of the right window it seems there's a grey button with circle which I can't pick up. Same as the green triangle in start scene. Hm.

    ReplyDelete
  25. I've tried to pick that one up, cut it light it up. Nothing.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Progress! Hotspot for flashlight in first scene underneath table (right part). It was one of the last hotspots I checked...

    ReplyDelete
  27. 5# give second part of plieres (called "screw" here), join them with bold.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Use bold on the board in second room for the last two blue buttons. This will take some time now.

    ReplyDelete
  29. Meth, you should know by now I usually miss only obvious things. ;-)

    ReplyDelete
  30. https://snag.gy/SbyB7R.jpg
Blue puzzle with only 1 button placed.

    ReplyDelete
  31. Got the three left buttons. You know how it will end: Everything's fine with two buttons messed up.

    ReplyDelete
  32. LOL merit & thx for flash spot ☺

    ReplyDelete
  33. Damn. I hit the exit button on the blue puzzle rather than my final yellow arrow to solve it. :(

    ReplyDelete
  34. No. Hey, this is my lucky day! :-D

When this puzzle is done, you see a window. Zoom out and go to the very left of the second scene, you'll enter the third room there.

    ReplyDelete
  35. arrow plates for grid, switch for above door (use stool)

    ReplyDelete
  36. There's another of those unpickable up grey shapes in the next room.

    ReplyDelete
  37. Those shapes are haunting me!

    ReplyDelete
  38. hammer for crate in inv. for 2 more vultures

    ReplyDelete
  39. Blue and red ball have to be zoomed in and cut with knife.

    ReplyDelete
  40. knife for 2 balls in inv. - give 2nd symbol hint (the other on wall)

the cartoon style ones are like door games & I just ♥ door games...! ☻

    ReplyDelete
  41. Hi, I am late, but catched up :)
number paper is for 3 number buttons: click on buttons and add the numbers. you will get 3x 2 digit numbers...

    ReplyDelete
  42. For symbols, start with computer.

    ReplyDelete
  43. hi Hotz ☺

don't get the connection between paper & turning number buttons...

    ReplyDelete
  44. I thought I'd be so smart and didn't turn the buttons Hotz mentioned in exact order but only once for odd numbers and not at all for even numbers. 6# doesn't work then.

    ReplyDelete
  45. it's not the amount of turns...

    ReplyDelete
  46. Got the numbers at last. Do the first row first. Add the digits you get. Then from that position (don't zoom out) do the 2nd row etc.

    ReplyDelete
  47. AO, eg for top row: click first button 1x, second button 3x, third button 3x, now add the number (16+09+18).
do the same for middle and bottom row...

    ReplyDelete
  48. And now the slider puzzle is active. This could be tricky.
(e.g. on buttons, the first one is 43)

    ReplyDelete
  49. ah, like that - thx Hotz

    ReplyDelete
  50. thanks for your hints above!! esp. for letter clue and where to use flashlight!

    ReplyDelete
  51. I did as told now and the buttons are active but 16 60 18 doesn't work!

Alpha, go to those three buttons with 91 60 81 and turn them as many times as you are told on the paper. If you don't do this properly, the 6# in the room with American football isn't active.

    ReplyDelete
  52. Thanks Hotz and Alpha for explaining that.

    ReplyDelete
  53. I think the 6#s become active when you have clicked each row the correct number of times Merit.
On the sliders I had 3 in position, but had to move one out of position again in order to get the triangle right.

    ReplyDelete
  54. I thought the holy water would revive the guy. But of course not. Too much still to do.

    ReplyDelete
  55. I will do very very bad at this slider. :-(

    ReplyDelete
  56. turning number buttons

    SPOILER

2x 2 digit numbers are the same

    ReplyDelete
  57. Just wait till you get to the vultures!

    ReplyDelete
  58. arrow slider

do hex first & move it again, then half circle, then circle, then triangle, last is hex

shapes don't go on their places, but stay 1 position next to them...

    ReplyDelete
  59. Yay done the vultures! Write down which row column each vulture controls. It's easy to get in a muddle.

    ReplyDelete
  60. Not sure if the guy was dead all the time. I'd thought he'd just drunk too much last night.

    ReplyDelete
  61. Thanks for the company folks (much better starting together :-) and for the game 8G. I enjoyed it more than most of your recent cartoon style ones, partly because there were more disappearing hotspots.

    ReplyDelete
  62. half of the vultures done...

    ReplyDelete
  63. Got the sliders. Don't want to talk about that.

Congrats meth for being out. I hope I can escape until tomorrow's game is released.

    ReplyDelete
  64. Good luck Merit. I'm off to see the new Games2Rule. Unusual timing today.

    ReplyDelete
  65. Holy moly, just faced the vultures! :-O

    ReplyDelete
  66. I will cheat. Brain is done now.

    ReplyDelete
  67. did I just helped the devil/ghost to take control of the guy...?! :-o

    ReplyDelete
  68. Just seen that it takes ages and that it's the final puzzle. So I will consider myself out, had some bright moments here.

EightGames, I can accept cartoon games without killer puzzles but not that.

    ReplyDelete
  69. thx ppl for the nice teamwork & your company ☺

    ReplyDelete
  70. Thank you guys for helping, hoping for better times SOON.

    ReplyDelete
  71. Not going to wast time on these horrible cartoons

    ReplyDelete
  72. Challenging game...Thanks 8G! Appreciate that there were NO adverts!! ThxACxo

    ReplyDelete
  73. I guess it was just me, but I got to the sliding shapes and it's so incredibly laggy and unresponsive that I can barely move any pieces. Not fun, and given what I read from the comments, the vultures (those are NOT eagles as the game indicates) are possibly worse. So I suppose I'm glad I'm X'ing out.

    ReplyDelete
  74. Agreed, between the blue puzzle and all of the commercials Red X

    ReplyDelete
  75. I loved the music/sound effects on this one, 8G!

However, I never went past the first scene out of frustration... might it be that the clues are too far-fetched? ...mostly understandable only by their authors?

I'm merely submitting this for your consideration.

Maybe seasoned escapers like very much those kinds of indecipherable enigmas. I, for one, have much more pleasure grappling with very logical clues, which are ultimately solvable without multiple random guesses, and which have been a trademark of yours in other games (maybe created by other developers?).

Be that as it may, I continue playing your games, and I join the other escapers in hoping that you soon return to what has become your usual - and the escapers' preferred, as far as I can see - mode of games, where what is challenged is wit rather than some sort of uncanny divination power, and where the environment is more conducive to an epic, mysterious, and appealing quest.

With all my admiration for all the work you put into these games for the pleasure of the players,

    jj
