I know that you are from Russia - mayhaps an attempt with the APK download above & setting language to Russian will help you resolve your issue...?
that's why I d/recommend Blue Stacks, but NoxPlayer: loads of the (premium quality Japanese) mobile games are not found on the BS platform (pun intended ☻)...!
feel free to get in touch with us again, if your issue won't be solved with my idea above (I remember you having several other issues with games not loading or the like - mayhaps a local issue at your place where you live...?
