This was a tricky one for me, and the built in clues are all in Japanese, so I was really glad for the walkthrough!

Sometimes you need to put two clues together to solve a puzzle, and sometimes a thing that looks like a puzzle is really a clue.
Some clues only appear when you have done something, so revisit places when you're stuck: a new clue might have appeared.
Some clues and clue places are used more than once
You often find Roman numerals on clocks.
There is an orange button on the number pad.
Look for symbols that appear in more than one place.
I'm sure that wouldn't be enough clues for me--leave questions and more hints as you find them: this is a really clever one!
