Directional dial clue not working, hmmm

Used WT for dials, still makes no sense to me, but done.

If you turn your head to the right then the dial clue works.

Okay game, apart from the arrows clue. Couldn't see any indication of which way you were supposed to view them. Thanks, Zhenne, for the comment.
