tetris puzzle is broken. put dark green in top left corner, red at the bottom, light green on right side, and purple in the middle, but puzzle doesn't do anything.

It seems there was a mix-up with the shapes. The light green shape should resemble an "Mirror 7," but it appears you placed the right green shape resembling a 7. This could be the reason it wasn't working as expected.
In this particular puzzle, the correct arrangement is as follows:
Dark green in the top left corner
Red at the bottom
Light green in the middle
Purple on the right
