A mammoth weighed a ton? Was it a Chihuahua-mammoth? There were smaller mammoth species the size of a modern elephant, about 5 tons or so, but most species weighed about 10 tons or more.
ReplyDeleteOK, actually there were also dwarf mammoth species, probably the size of a large pig, but these were obviously not meant when talking about a "massive body".
