If you make the tea in the teapot, then go into the laundry/bathtub room, the teapot vanishes. So don't do that. Make the tea in the teapot, then pour it into the teacup sitting on the table.

like hotz have the gun stick ( used once to get the gun) and the phone...nowhere can I find where to use them
