Terrible maths puzzle.
ReplyDeleteI was about the make the same comment, Fergus. The logic used is flawed so badly that there are at least 2 logical solutions that are better....meaning it's a complete failure as a math puzzle.

ReplyDeleteThe odd-positioned numbers increase by +1 (11, 12, 13), while the even-positioned numbers follow a ×2, then ×4, then ×6 pattern (11 × 2 = 22, 22 × 4 = 88, 88 × 6 = 528).
The correct answer is 528!
